@rashadkijani AA came into being in the 1960's. It was originally meant for Blacks only & as compensation for past wrongs. Martin Luther King, Jr favored it in that form & for that reason. The Founding Fathers consisted of some privileged people & some people from poorer backgrounds as in fact John & Samuel Adams were from. They were ALL educated though. They didn't question their credentials per their education.

@rashadkijani The origin of the concept of freedom in the West came from the Judeo-Christian tradition. That is a fact. Every society on Earth had owned slaves. Hence, so what if they owned slaves, yet had the concept of liberty. Societies have failed to live up to ideals throughout history. I didn't say that I didn't care about who benefits(assuming that there are benefits) from AA. I said Blacks are hurt from AA. I opposed to AA entirely for various reasons.

@rashadkijani AA came into being in the 1960's. It was originally meant for Blacks only & as compensation for past wrongs. Martin Luther King, Jr favored it in that form & for that reason. The Founding Fathers consisted of some privileged people & some people from poorer backgrounds as in fact John & Samuel Adams were from. They were ALL educated though. They didn't question their credentials per their education.

Hence, so what if they owned slaves, yet had the concept of liberty. Societies have failed to live up to ideals throughout history. The Founding Fathers got their roles via education and hard work, & not AA. Still a society w/slavery suffers as a whole as slavery is not an efficient means of labor. Free labor is far more productive in producing goods and in turn creating wealth. Slavery creates poverty in a society due to inefficient labor.

@rashadkijani No. They did not have AA at the time in the 18th century. The point of AA originally was to compensate for unjust wrongs or perhaps current inequities. The point of slavery and deliberate discrimination was to create contemporary inequities. AA is intended as the OPPOSITE of slavery & deliberate discrimination.

I may refer to the accuser of racism as the real racist if the person is Black or White(Jeneane Garafalo, Keith Olbermann). ?s: Did you get a job or into a university per AA? If so, how do you know that your skin color got you the job or university entrance or was it your qualifications primarily?

@rashadkijani Black people told others, who I learned that from. I made no assumption. "And why would a black wonder if they got a pass or not I would figure you know if you studied or not and what grades you got and whether you know the material." B/C per AA his/her skin color gets added to the reasons as to why s/he got the job or got into that university.

@Aegius And did you know larry elder called other blacks racist. Ive never read the the book but he constantly refered to the ten things you cant say in america 1 of them is blacks are more racist than white people. Well what basis does he have to call us blacks racist like that? and when he says things like that does he include himself? People like him dont like his blackness to be questioned but yet it sounds like he himself doesnt see himself as black.

@Aegius I have a problem with whites like you cuz I can tell you are just bias becuz a black like larry says something you want to hear.you say to him look he is black as if him being black means that he can read every other black mind. well if being black means you can read every other black mind then that means we black dems have the same capability read every black mind and that includes repub blacks.
