I dont suppose anyone out there is using the KB as a MIDI controller? Mine didn't come with a manual and MIDI connectivity doesn't seem to working out of the box... my softsynths and DAWs won't detect it. This is through a working MIDI/USB adaptor - it's just that I can't get the Virus to show up as an input device in audio setup and all that shizz.

@cresshead it's supposed to be one of the best semi-weighted keyboard actions out there (recommended over dx7, v-synth et al), but to my hands it's not really built for anything outside of, like you say, "messy sounds and random notes".

no hes using midi whichc ancels out teh piano noise and u replace it wit ur own
