it's amusing to see only the ex-yg girl getting attention here when the other two are equally good singers. kpop singers are so company-popularity oriented. don't know much bout Ally though i have a feeling she's also not a new singer when lady collection debuted, from the way she sings. Sei is definitely the reason i checked out this group. she was previously a solo singer as well.a tough one,who fights to get place in music show without any popular company to back her up.

Many ballads singers go to waste these days, many good singers only join girl groups just to gain attention when they can do it solo, on Ji Eun's case she didn't gain much attention with her solo activities so she joined a girl group. Just for the reason that Girl Group is the trend now. I still prefer Ji Eun on YG though.:)

I heard that one of these girls were with YG entertainment but then YG did not promote her well enough or i guess did not really care bout her so she got out and join this entertainment....Im just writing what i heard so correct me if im wrong...

@outtah well I don't know about not promoting well bc I remember her being on stage with BIGBANG and doing various other things by herself too. She did not gain much attention because her music was mainly ballad

@outtah nah it's more about trend. Back in early 90s everyone listened to ballad, so ballad was only thing you could ever hear on the tv. Then after SeoTaeJi and the boys, people moved on to dance music. During last ten years ballad/R&B became trend again, but people quickly got tired, and now idols are thriving. The audience get tried very easily- you will see that trend will change soon again.
