@blackswanguy I personally do not think a guy in a tail is gay. In fact it's pretty sexy lol. Most people won't understand BUT think about it. 1. there are hundreds of mermaids to every merguy and 2. Mermaids are pretty darn fond of the merdudes ;-) I would consider that a decent trade off

@alwaysbecute It is a freshwater spring that puts out a million gallons an hour and stays 76 degrees year round. It is 35' at it's deepest. It was turned in a large swimming pool in the 30"s. It is a state park with camp spots and cabins available. If you google Balmorhes State park you will find lots of info on it.

@AuberyMirkwood Well i actually have two tails of my own, i wouldn't want two tails of the same color, i have one red and one blue. So i think you should go with the green, the tiger strip will also work well with the color, as well as the scarf depending upon what color the scarf is of course.Mermaids are bold and exotic, and green is defininetly ( <<sp?) exotic. I say go green ;D

@tmermaiddd Well I was considering getting pink/purple tail wih pattern on it to continue my theme (technically pink is my least favorite color, I'm really not how I ended up with one lol). I wasn't sure if the pink was part of the appeal with my fans... I think I will do the green one though lol in real life I'm far more into swords etc then girly stuff.

@AuberyMirkwood I think a warrior princess type tail pattern is perfect for you, and you probly already know the one I know about bc i used to watch the show when it was on tv--Xena, The Warrior Princess, of course! I think blue and green woul be cool together, or if you wanted something different, i'd go with blue for the base and copper streaks sewn on top of the blue fabric. Hows that color combo sound to ya?

@VicsVlogCandy Well this place is 7 hr drive away from me because, well frankly I live in New Mexico, which pretty much has no water at all lol. Now while I have not actually been to FL I would personally say go to this place because 1. no gators, 2. no leeches, 3. no mosquitoes, 4. you will have this entire pool to yourself during the week, and 5. it's a state park so you can camp for like $15 a night or they have cabin/motel rooms for 60-80 a night.

@VicsVlogCandy It's a spring that puts out a million gallons of water an hour, so perfectly clear with no yucky chemicals. During the depression they turned it into almost a two acre pool that goes to about 30 ft deep. It stays 71-76 degrees year round. It's a state park, Balmorhea Sate Park. There is no "beach", it is all walls, but there is a shallow area that looks like sand, plus a fun rocky bottom and some plants. Lots of fish and turtles to interact with, they will eat out of your hands.
