typical haitian culture...i hate it...im a dude growing my hair also, and my grandma is trippin...and so was everyone else in haiti at the time i went there
@ladymjackson001 for real, just dont be suprised if someone looks at you wrong when youre walking down the street...or even someone putting you down at church in haiti...thats exactly what happened to me, but thats life...people always judge on outside appearances...but God looks at the heart. have fun in haiti! i sure did!
ahhh-ha ha you ain't neva lied about the beating part... no one in Haitian history has ever took on that challenge, if they did, they're most likely dead.... that it lol
You rock. YOu're the answer to my prayers. I know know atleast someone else out there is feeling my pain. (I'm one of the two Haitians in my 98% white school. The 1 % is me and my friend who are Haitian. THe other percent is my few Hispanic brothers. We live in the South.)
@ladymjackson001 I went to New Jersey a few days ago and they have a town called Irvington that is over 50% Haitian and have a high school called Toussaint L'ouverture High School.
Shout out to you! I love this vid! Trust me, I'm Haitian and if I hear my mother say why didn't I just become a nurse..... yeah an I feel you on the vakabon! Keep up the good work!
Look, not all Haitian Parents are like that. My parents never got mad because of my major. Hell, I was a business major in College, then I joined the Army and I'm an officer right now.
I wonder what would your parents say if you joined the military. LOL ou t'ap tou mouri sou kont you. lol
they better listen to their parents, the one who's doesnt listen they more likely not succeed in their life ,they better listen before is too late. Know who youre, where you came from.Thank you
By the way Im Haitian, from des cayes,Im old school.like to listen to the elderly people.find a bible, read Ephesians6:4,in brief, Eph 6:4 children listen to your parents so you can live longera lot of things Haitians parents dont let their children do I agree with them.A man should be simple, clean nice hair cut, woman is always complicate woman is woman,we have to have all extra staff.
I was literally LOL when you said" et bien bat mwen nou, bat mwen" omg my grandma used to do the same thing to me as a child!! LOL. speaking as somebody who actually was born and partially raised in Haiti, the movie theaters are not even that bad.yeah you have some people who go there just to make out and stuff, but people do the same thing here! The way they talk about it you could of sworn its a brothel or something, maybe it was worse back in the days.I doubt it though.
