have someone stateside mail it to you. buy it over the net. dont be a douchebag and download a torrent because youre uploading it at the same time to others. its how the software works. dont post spoilers to games that havent come out yet, it hurts the developer because they put time and money into their trailer campaigns. he hurts the consumer who looks and asks "why did i look?" most of all dont post videos on the net saying "i break the law" for your own well being.
Also should mention that, according to IP law, by purchasing a game you own rights to play the game *under their license agreement and terms of service*. This means they reserve the right to decide when the product (their IP) is rightfully yours to play. I can forgive you though, IP law is rather new, deals with intangible assets and the IP legislation is lobbied for and written by people who profit from strong IP laws.
