  • Baking the hearts again while in the batter doesn't dry the hearts out? Or keep the batter from cooking all the way?

  • @Harusama no and no

  • you could use strawberry cake for the hearts too. i might just try this-

  • I just tried it.. I failed completely

  • I did this but the hearts just floated to the top of my cupcakes -.- ahah.

  • when you cut it in wrong side, the heart will not appear lol

  • @phuong0504 I mention that in the video and description, true

  • Oh sorry u answered that already sorry

  • Can I just make the heart bigger and make a cake?

  • I cant get this cute intro out off my head :)

  • We made this and they were so cute! thanks!

  • could you do a different shape and color?

  • that is clever!!

  • do you think you could do chocolate cupcakes for this aswell? still with pink hearts?

  • @rainb0wmidgett You could, but I would put in a white heart for more contrast

  • can I replace milk with buttermilk for a richer taste?

  • @6550Nick sure

  • If you cut it 90 degrees you won't see the heart.

  • do u have the basic recipes for cakes and stuff memorized?

  • @ayummykay No, I read a recipe each and every time :)

  • can you use brown sugarrr?!

  • @maistar95 no

  • can i turn this into a cake?

  • i like cake.

    thats all.

  • do you work in a play that did a snow white play and two different plays?

  • @979max1 no

  • wont the heart burn?????????????/

  • @100Flufster It won't it'll blend into the cupcake

  • @100Flufster Did they look burned in the video? Those were real photos of the end result.

  • i'll definitely try out this idea sometime.

  • hi yoyomax12, how did you put the marking? i meant how did you know that was the front of the heart?

  • @rjoli01 You need to keep track of the position of the heart when you put them in the pan and when you take the cupcakes out.

  • omg i broke a nail those look so delious there good ill try to do them

  • OMG this looks soooooooo yummy!!!!

  • Please give me one cupcake yoyomax12 don't be so cruel

  • Hi, i made this with my cousins and they came out delicious!!!

    thxs for the recipe!

  • i'm making these for my birthday but instead of the heart, i'm using stars thanks sooo much for the idea!!

  • Hi, I made these to ask a friend to our sadie hawkins dance :] I put a piece of parchment paper with "SADIE?" written on it on the bottom of the cupcake, and it worked out perfectly! Thank you so much for your awesome videos <3

  • Me&My friend were watching this and you dropped a heart and then she ciuold not stop laughing. And I was like, Ohmygod, it is not funny --'

  • honey, these are darlin'! good job.

  • Hello dear can i use oil instead of butter ?

    thanks lot for sharing :)

  • @umkoki Must use butter in this

  • @yoyomax12 Thanx sweetie :)

  • This is adorable!! So cool, im gonna try!

  • So cute!

  • You could do it so that it cuts as a heart no matter what angle you cut it. If you did a sort of rounded cone shape with a small cone cut out of the top it would be a heart at any angle :)

  • @Laurita852 Just google it, you will find conversion charts, cups to grams

  • I think I might do this, and put a line of heart-shaped sprinkles and give it as a gift for my friend's birthday. So cute! ♥

  • cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • it's youuu it's youuu it's all for you . everything i doooooo . tell you all the time , heaven is a place on earth with youu <3 . sorry, lana wanted to sing you a song

  • oops... i accidentally poored all three eggs at the same time. will it mess it all up?

  • I was thinking of trying this using Red Velvet Cupcake batter. Would it work just the same?

  • @kiggiteee You mean for the heart part? You would need to use a contrasting cake color for the outside part

  • so cool!

  • Super cute and creative :]

  • I made these and they turned out AMAZINGG

  • what happend

  • The thing is...when u cut it with a knife the heart will show up. But, if you are serving this to kids they are just goin to bite into it and it won't look like a heart it will justlook like a pink blob. I tried it and that's

  • @sunsetbeauty101 True enough, they need to be cut to show their cuteness

  • the link doesn't work! what do I do now? :(

  • @xjennnipho I put the recipe in the description box

  • could i make the hearts red instead of pink? Thanks and nice video you have great ideas!

  • @warriorcats4ever100 of course

  • it is very pretty, but it can be a waste of time because nobody cuts cupcakes/muffins, and somebody might cut the wrong way, although if you don't put the heart it is very pretty.

  • @crossbill101unicornz This one you cut when serving it, that's all.

  • I'VE LEARNED THE SECRET. lols

  • HELLO, the truth is super great, just that my English is something decadent and do not understand everything and the link of the description and the recipe does not lead to think that if you do not mind the recipe could translate into Spanish or write in English for I then translate it.

  • @PuccaDesire I have written out the recipe ingredients and placed them in the description box under the video.

  • @yoyomax12 genial, gracias =)

  • @PuccaDesire just copy the recipe and put in google translate to make it spanish

  • beautiful!

  • Wouldn't you burn the hearts that are already baked though?

  • so talented,i love to watch your videos

  • Absolutely brilliant idea ! This is a " must try " for sure .

  • Thank you for this recipe. I made yesterday for my family, and everyone loved them! Much love to you!

  • thanks for these! i made them for my classmates and teachers and they loved them!

  • Will there always be a hearts shape no matter where you cut it?

  • @sammyzweird I discuss this in the video and it is described in the link in the description box

  • @yoyomax12 The link isn't working, but I rewatched the video again with the volume on this time. Lol Sorry for the bother and thanks for replying. =]

  • @sammyzweird Thanks for letting me know about the link not working, I had to type in the recipe.

  • Typo sorry I meant thx sooooo much!

  • Ohmigosh! Ur a lifesaver! Thx solo

  • thank you this was a wonderful recipe i made these today and im very thankful that you gave the measurements in cups and spoons!! im in australia and wouldnt have a clue wat "2 sticks of butter" equal too o.O

they are in the oven now so i hope they turn out well!!

    Keep it up!

    xx

    Maria

  • @Greggsoucelier The sticks are easy, four sticks to a pound. 2 cups to a pound (so 1/2 cup per stick)

Thanks for watching! Hope they turned out for you :)

  • WHY DIDN'T I FIND THIS CHANNEL A FEW DAYS AGO!?! D':

  • omg! these look sooo cute! wish i could eat 'em on a low- iodine diet!! haha, i am absolutely making them after this diet is over!! <3 thanks a lot! yoyomax12

  • What happens if i dont use the exact metal holders you use to bake those cupcakes ma'am ?

  • @HouseDweller like the cupcake pan? if you use a disposable, im sure it would work just fine... if thats what your asking

  • @ChristinaLoVaa Exactly that lol :D I meant the Cupcake pan yes :) But I found out soon enough what would happen , thankfully I also bought some that plastic ones that can go into oven also heart shaped ! :D So I did the Super Fluffy cream too my cakes baked really good and taste awesome one of the best I have ever eaten ( I am a 25 year old male with close to no experience in this ) everything is going well

  • @HouseDweller oh! okay haha well good! :)

  • I done these today but they didnt come out very well :( when they were cooking the heart fell over so I put it back upright but when they were finished the heart stuck out of the top !!

  • Why the hearts doesn't stay inside? :( I am so said. I want a real heart shape inside, but my heart is on the top. What's the matter?

  • @pista000000 Did you use the cake recipe provided in the link?

  • @yoyomax12 This is just brilliant. I was even going to get the Wilton pan to do it but now I don't need to bother, this is actually far easier I think. xx

  • love it so cool

  • LOVE IT AAAAHHHHHH!!!!! so making it

  • was that intro supposed to be that bad?

  • @ZILOGz80VIDEOS Was this comment supposed to be asinine?

  • your voice is so show host voice

  • @XxWasabiRoxxX Is that good? :)

  • So i love the way this looks and i want to do it for a party but i have a question: What is the taste factor, like after you bake the heart part twice, wouldnt it be a bit dry, i really want it to taste good! it looks awesome! So how DOES it taste?

  • I just finished mine they r good but you can taste the flour and I used granulated sugar so I recommend using the soft sugar ( I can't remember what it's called no hates please) because the granulated sugar makes the batter lumpy or grainy even though u cnt tell when it's baked I think it the results wil be better. Overall good recipe thanks to you Yoyomax I couldnt think of any other gift for my teacher!!!!

  • I love your videos!

  • can i use vanilla extract instead of vanilla bean? If i can what mesurment? Please respond!

  • @MakeupFever141 Yes, 1 tsp

  • Is there certain ingredients that shouldn't be doubled for a double recipe like baking soda or baking powder?

  • @adanice49 If you double, double all the ingredients

  • Perfect for vallentins day!!

  • hellooo!!! Im baking these right now!

Its so funny, thanks for the recipis yoyomax!

Byebye, i need to take care of my muffins now!!!

  • @aCupOfCakeTV how did yours turn out? :)

  • @aCupOfCakeTV Did they turn out?

  • @yoyomax12 They turned out great. =) Gonna eat them soon. ;)

  • My hearts fell over when it was cooking :(

  • @aoifecono Did you use the cake recipe in the link? Just curious

  • can i use caster sugar instead og granulted

  • @aoifecono yes, but use the equivalent amount to granulated sugar (measurement might be different)

  • How long does the whole process take ?:)

  • @GraceLynn94 Mixing cake 15 minutes. 15 minutes to bake the red hearts. Cooling the cake down for the hearts 1-2 hours depending on temperature. Baking cupcakes another 15-20? Including cooling time probably 3 hours? give or take

  • I love it!!!! so cuuuute!

  • Fail -_- lol I made these today but filled them too much (like almost to the top) so some of the hearts flipped. The ones that stated the right way were cute but the others look funny with floating hearts on top lol

  • Hey I have a quick question! What if I did a white heart on the inside and then red velvet cake mix for the outside, will it still come out the same or will the color mix? Please respond ASAP if you can! its for valentines day (:

  • @britt206100 I found that the unbaked dough did not go into the red baked heart at all when I made these, so you should be okay with yours.

  • @yoyomax12

THANK YOU! please keep on doing more videos! love them <3

  • Do the cupcake hearts get over baked? Please respond? :)

  • YOU ARE A LIFE SAVERRRR

    THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

  • What difference does it make in the cupcakes if you use whole milk or 2% milk? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, I'm making this for my class which has 30 students and I'm worried about not having enough whole milk.

  • @adanice49 Using whole milk might make them taste a bit richer. I bet you would have a hard time telling them apart if you made some with whole milk and 2%. Personally I don`t think it makes much difference at all.

  • Did you use whole milk like the recipe asked or did you use 2% milk?

  • @adanice49 I used the 2%

  • i'm going to make these for my boyfriend with strawberry cake with a red heart because that's his favoite cake flavor. thank you so much for the idea.

  • would this work with chocolate cake mix?

  • @chocoholic7311997 Yes, but you need a contrasting colour for the heart or you wont see it

  • i just made this cupcake, and it turn out to be super delicious and super cute! but my cupcakes kind of overload so its puff out from its liner a little bit, and i got a little hard time with the heart inside, because mine are floating everywhere. but its still a fantastic cupcake! thank you for uploading ;D

  • If we dont use baking powder and baking soda, what can i use instead?

  • Cute idea, this can be adapted to other shapes as well, very creative! Also, cooked frosting is my favorite, it's delicious!

  • I love it!

  • awesome

  • great idea for valentines cupcakes :D

  • Ummm... do you need tbsp, tsp, or even cups? Haha.

  • could you use to betty croker cupcake mix

  • i saw these in my suggestions, i subscribe! :D

  • That's awesome I really wanna try that !!!!

  • How so you not make noeis of the handhell miwrer

  • @iluvpeeta I mean so

  • You should solo have your own cooking show!

  • i would love to make these for orions lunch period but i dont want to have any more reason to deal with the girls that follow him around any more than usual. LOL

maybe a batch for his teachers...

    xoexo

  • Are we supposed to use self-raising flour when we make cupcakes? Because I do, and my cupcakes always rise to make a dome shape and I'm wondering if that problem will be fixed if I use normal flour instead. Anyone?

  • Hi yoyomax12, i just wanted to ask that will it work if i made the cupcake red with a white heart? or will the red just dye the white heart. please answer and thank you! :)

  • hey does the cake batter we put aside get spoiled if your leaving it out that long u have to wait for the pink cake to bake+cool. please answer =] i was just curious if we r supposed to put it in the fridge or something? or just leave it out?

  • awesome *-*

  • Can we use store bought batter and put 1/3 in a different bowl to make he hearts?? I'm making these. Tomorrow(:

  • Hi i was just wondering it is okay if i use regular cake mix to make these wonderful cupcakes thanks :)

  • @14katheryne yes

  • i should do this for valentine's day. :)

  • Hey! I'm a big fan of yours and I'm making these for my class! I couldn't find any vanilla bean paste or vanilla beans, so i was wondering how much vanilla extract I should use? Also, how long can these cute little cupcakes last? Please answer, and thank you! =)

  • @purplepandastudios16 1 tsp of vanilla extract should be okay. The cupcakes will get stale with age (obviously) 2-3 days should be okay (longer if refrigerated)

  • @yoyomax12 Thank you for replying! =D

  • These are so cute !! = )

  • hi does the vanilla paste have alcohol in it?

    thank you @yoyomax12

  • @bessywessy I checked the label on the bottle, it says contains "vanilla extract" so there might be some in that. It does have the sharp extract flavour, so I'm going to guess yes

  • excellent for my bday on Valentines day!..thanks for sharing.

  • Hello! Just wanted to know if I can replace the flour with self-raising flour? Thanks! (:

  • @eileengwee94 yes but leave out the baking soda/powder and the salt
