@FamousAhma In the beginning at 0:03 Tiffany made the mistake of spinning while everyone else had their hand pointed to their head.

As for Taeyeon she didn't really make a mistake but just messed up singing Sooyoung part. Since she tried to sing it in a cute voice(which we all know she dislike) but didn't know if she was doing it the right way.
