It's Rhythm Tengoku for the GBA. The DS game is Rhythm Tengoku Gold, or Rhythm Heaven in North America. It's the sequel.

@xmikix3 This game is the first version for the gameboy advance. I don't think there's an official English version for this.

@nanamilucia123 I suspect that's because it came out for the GBA in japan after Nintendo of America had already started pushing the DS. It was just a little too late to get translation priority.
