  • have you ever tried using an oven bag and wrapped with the foil?

  • Great video. Thanks for the upload. I've used my Weber Smoker for more than 25 years and swear by it. When I bought it back in the eighties, it sold for $76 dollars versus $400 today. From time to time I replace the metal grates but the smoker and the water pan are good as new. I don't believe the porcelain-on-steel construction ever wears out. The 3-2-1 method is good for fall-off-the-bone tender, but I now prefer the 3-1-2 method for pull-off-the-bone tender and Hawaiian Punch. Thanks again.

  • Nice job! That smoker setup is awesome. I was hoping for the money shot at the end (gently pulling the ribs apart), but I guess I'll have to find that out for myself! Anyway, thanks for sharing!

  • Excellent video! In the 6 hours it took, how many times did you have to add charcoal/wood? Thanks for sharing!

  • @40sigsauer Not once! The Weber is very efficient. When I do a boston butt, I add more coals to start but don't have to add during smoking. Thank you for watching!

  • mmm yum looking good

  • @sugerbear520 Thanx much!

  • why did u make this video to torture the viewers?

  • @BulletSponge077 LOL. Sorry. Rib lover eh? Hope ya enjoyed!!

  • I wrap my water bowl in aluminum foil. that way you can just peel it off to clean.

  • @bradgray51 Yeah, we did that the first time but now we just use some soap and water. Appreciate the comment and thanx for watchin!
