i went from 240 to 208 and i consider this a little bit before the halfway i intend to lose another 40 pounds till i get 160 the journey is just painful at the beginning but after sometime u get used to it and even can't live without it
one thing i can say is dont starve yourself. you'll end up looking like shit. just get a good diet high in rpotein low in carbs and some fat. do cardio at least 5-6 times a week at 45 mins. this worked for me.
