  • Canadian?

  • what an awesome idea, thanks man

  • lolll i practice advance push up like put your toes on a chair. i do like from 25-40 a day for a month and my normal push up increased from like 35 to 65. toooo lazy to practice more

  • im 15 i manage to do 57 push ups but im at a disadvantage with the pull ups right now i can only do about 15-20.. but chin ups are way way easyer ;)

  • zah fuck 17 pull ups an 90 push ups

  • im 13 and i can do 50 nonstop 90 in really hard to doo

  • Thank you a lot mate!

  • how old are u again ?? >.>

  • it's like a random do and dare, but i do have better results when i have a rival.

  • Hey thanks for posting this !!!

Just a question, how many sets is better to do ??? And by doing the exercises non-stop, you mean that you have to do most push-ups you can do and then stop, not resting a bit and then continue right ??? And then, how much do you rest between a set and the other ???

Sorry so many questions but I'm italian I try to understand everything you say but some words, I just don't get them sorry xD and thanks again :)

  • @chocobo65 I like to do a workout like for 1 minute you do as many pushups as you can, then rest a minute and do something else. Then another minute you do max pushups, then rest. Then third time you can just go max pushups no time limit you know?

  • @MrRizo223 i'm 13 and I can do 80 and probably more if i went till failure :P

  • @blogpus Do you weigh like 20kg too? lol

  • @blogpus when I was 13-14 i managed to reach 100, but now when I look back I would hardly call it real pushups. would u please upload a vid, I'd like to see you do 80 of urs? :)

  • i'm 13, 5 foot 8 and 10 stone 6 and i can do 80 can't wait to try out some training like this and get to 100 :)

  • who the fuck can do 90 pushups non stop? I consider myself in great shape and i can only manage 30 in a row

  • @MrRizo223 me

  • @TheF0rtress WELL, Good on ya mate.

  • @MrRizo223 i don't think that's what many would consider great shape...

  • @ysoKmao Gtfo. Your probably some obese wanker with a rare fungle disease in your urinal tract.

  • @MrRizo223 Or you can check my videos and see I'm not obese? I'm the asian one with a buzzcut.

  • @ysoKmao u should also consider people do different pushups. it makes a huge difference wether ur arms are spread or close to each other, how close to the ground u get and how far away as well. I used to do sets of 60 pushups nonstop, but now I'm concentrating on fewer, more focused sets where i push myself to the limit in every pushup.

  • @FreeRiderDZ What do you mean push yourself to the limit? And Nick Tuminello I think his name is made a video of the "perfect pushup" so I do my pushups like that and put chest to ground or atleast 90 degree elbow bend. And all the way up obviously. But his video shows it's the form with the max amount of distance traveled and you minimize forearm strength in the movement because it's constantly perpendicular to the ground and minimize elbow strain because of that also.

  • @ysoKmao I mean that I've witnessed many people, both strangers and friends who do lots of pushups, but their arms are often wide spread and they only bend their elbows in 45-60 degree angles. What I try to say is that many of those who comment negatively against @MrRizo223 are not doing the same kind of pushups as him (or you for that matter). I'm just defending an honest man who deserves better than all that negativity. Besides, it's a top comment so I can't be the only one with that opinion.

  • @FreeRiderDZ Thank you sir. Finally someone with sense in this crazy world.

  • @MrRizo223 there are still a few of us left i guess.

  • @MrRizo223 and by the way I practice parkour as well, and I know what it means to be in great shape. It's not solely about upper body strength, as the military-dude apparently thinks. Great shape is living healthy and being able to trust your body and muscles in different physically demanding situations.

  • @FreeRiderDZ Exactly man.

  • @FreeRiderDZ i practice parkour as well (: by the moment i am training the ``kick the moon``

  • @dosturner021 so you are also into freeruning? cool :) some of my pals can do the "kick the moon", but we call it a "Gainer". (think most people in freeruning world refer to it as gainer).

  • @FreeRiderDZ I think you're missing the point which is that 30 pushups perfect form still isn't that much

  • @ysoKmao and I think you're missing the point that upper body strength doesn't equal to a good shape -.-'

  • @MrRizo223

    30? "great shape" LMAO

  • @MrRizo223 If you can only do 30 push-ups in a row, you're not in what most of us would call "great" shape.

  • @josefisking Oh thank you! smartass fucking cunt. Unfortuanatley that little list of yours doesnt count yourself. Now shut the fuck up and tell someone who cares im sick of shitwanking fucksticks who think they are super cool and original for being a total douche on the internet calling themselves trolls and being proud of it. I can do 150 in sets of 30, can you...?

  • @MrRizo223 Really? Because I AM infact in the military, serving overseas and playing competitively in a rugby league, 25 years old and yes... I do workout.

Considering to be on most any sports team you have to do 200-300 in 4 sets or less, in under 2 minutes combined with a number of situps, I wouldn't say 150 in 5 sets is very awesome. Maybe if you worked out as much as you troll YouTube you would have some upper body strength.

  • @josefisking Not only is it sickening that you would lie about something like being in the military, but the fact you "work out" so hard to overcomphensate for your baby penis makes me truley feel for you. Ps:fuck off cunt.

  • @josefisking By the way im 16 and the only physical activity i take part in is parkour and having over developed man titties would only cause me to because "top heavy"

  • @josefisking why the hell are you so upset about others than yourself? @MrRizo223 weren't hating on you or your fitness, he only mentioned his own condition and his opinion about it. Seriously if you are a 25 year old military dude then stop acting like a 10yr old and show him some respect. Clearly everybody aren't as fit as you.

  • @FreeRiderDZ Thanks man.

  • @MrRizo223 when i was 17 i could do 100 in a row now im 22 and a fucking pudgy beast.. and can barely do 50 now

  • @MrRizo223 mrRizo its not hard. just do push up every day in like 2-3 months u can do 90 u need to be dedicated to do the workouts cuz it takes longer to get stronger this way but the things u would be able to do at the end will be worth it.

  • @MrRizo223 me too

  • @MrRizo223 Me more

  • @MrRizo223 come on! im only 15 years old and i'm able to do 50 in a row. if you don't believe i'm 15 years old, take a look at my videos. :)

  • @dosturner021 Good on ya. I've never played sport and i was a little fat cunt like 2 years ago who couldnt manage one. But like ive already said im strong in different areas of my body. Thank you for being the 1,000,000th responder to my comment

  • @MrRizo223 yea i recently got over 100 it just takes time, good diet, and hard work

  • @MrRizo223 you are not that great in shape. 30 is pretty low actually,if you don't believe me look at the Army standard. 30 is barely passing.

  • @laputadetumadre11 Im 16, havent been exercising long, dont do weights, only do parkour, have almost never played sports and used to be a fat cunt like a year and a bit ago. By great shape i mean i look alright. Not how strong my tits are. Also 15 pushups is the amount you need to do to get into the australian army. Now everyone fuck off because frankly im sick of all the respones. Obviously a fair few people agree with me on it.

  • @MrRizo223 lol only 15 to get in? no wonder America has the strongest army in the world, every time i see the requirements for other countries i laugh my ass off. Best of luck to you kiddo.

  • @laputadetumadre11 Nice job in Vietnam, afganistan and somalia lol..............

  • @MrRizo223 as if that is supposed to be some sort of sore spot for us Americans? it isn't. You are a weak little pussy who trolls youtube. The entire comments section for this video is you acting like the little Euro faggot you are. It's ok though you're a weak 13 year old girl who struggles to do 30 push ups. Have a nice day, pussy.

  • @laputadetumadre11 Actually im a 16 year old australian male. And yes it does say something about your "oh so superior millitary" The fact you cant win wars, only jump in when its too late and fuck there country up permently. I dont troll youtube, people who are dumbarses like yourself feed me by responding like this lol.

  • @laputadetumadre11 no you are wrong. this whole comment section is made up of people who have to say they are better than @MrRizo223 . First of all, stop stereotyping people, wether they are from Europe or America or whatever. Second of all if you have a problem with the clear topic in the comment section why have you participate in it? nobody was forced to do it, MrRizo is just trying to fight off all that negativity again and again, he ain't trolling.

  • @MrRizo223 yeh ur obviously not in "great shape" if u can only do 30 lol. Go back to doing them on your knees haha

  • @gangsta2387 MMmmmm yeah thats right. Feed me with your anger! Your only supporting the guy who made this video. ;)

  • @MrRizo223

    30?

I'm pretty sure I'm younger than you and I can get to 40 easy.

    Eh, good technique is key.

  • @ArchOfficial eh, pretty sure my care factor is high.

  • @MrRizo223 Yep 30 is nice, but 90 is better... and achievable if that is something you want.

  • @MrRizo223 i can do 110 non stoped and im only 17 its deffently possable

  • @martialartfox Neck up cunt, my question was rhetoricle

  • @MrRizo223 hey i told you this in a nice manner theres no reason you should be rude about it

  • @MrRizo223 your a bitch i can do 40 and I always thought i was the weakest link. I kno a person who used to do 200 eazy. now he has to do 1 hand other wise he wont stop.

  • @MrRizo223 look im in the military and i did 78 in a min, they were legit pushups. its really not that hard

  • @MrRizo223 dude...I'm 16 I weigh 155 pounds 6 feet tall and I can do 75 push ups in a row 90 isn't far off for me perhaps you should work on your chest triceps and back muscles :P

  • @MrRizo223 I'm 17 man, and i can pull just about 50 nonstop and thats with out even doing it in awhile..

  • @agentstarkiller007 Care factors really high too man.

  • @MrRizo223 that sucks bro

  • @MrRizo223 i dont consider myself in great shape and i do around 50

  • @cvikir I really fucking care too bro.

  • what if i can do 90 pushups and my friend can only do 4?

  • Thank you for this we used to play that game since we were around 15-16teen it was great it rly helped me to get on the level that i am now.ill probabbly start uploading some videos of me aswell. God bless you!

  • Hello Paul! Could you please tell how many times per week did you train pull ups before you've reached 30. Thank you!

  • do you take creatine? and if you dont you should thats what gives you the boost and power to push to the limits

  • @mauri85zzio Your body produces enough creatine already.

  • @TheF0rtress Well during an intense exercise creatine levels are depleted

faster then the body can replenish them, its like their are 2 guys on the road with mustangs one of them puts a supercharger, headers, intake....and you are like the other one that says i dont need to modify my mustang because it aready has ¨enough¨ horsepower¨ who do you think will win? who will go faster? who will make it to the finish line? good luck sir =)

  • @mauri85zzio I see it more like: I will put nitros in mine and cheat on the race.

  • @TheF0rtress o ok but anyways you should take whey and creatine u would gain size man

and when you gonna lift heavy weight? make vids on the gym see ya mate

  • @mauri85zzio gain size? I'm not a bodybuilder, I promote a healthy lifestyle. Why not take steroids as well? I mean they're not as bad as some people think... And lift heavy weights? Come on man - is your body-weight not enough?

  • @TheF0rtress you can stay natural man you should try bodybuilding you might like it and

you got good genetics. is bodybuilding a sin?

  • @mauri85zzio I encounter many handicapped people on day to day basis. I always have compassion for them - and I'm happy with what I've got, actually - more than happy.

  • @TheF0rtress Ignore him mate, your doing great and your good at what you do, your videos are helping me a lot and you seem like a very humble and modest guy, most people these days seem to want to work out just to be big its pointless

  • @TheF0rtress Trust me man u begin bodybuilding lifting heavy weight u will become

    more manly.

  • @mauri85zzio

Well the modified mustang would win for a while, until it will inevitibly break down and need an engine rebuild. Oh unless you do painstaking maintanence which is more trouble than it is worth. I think your analogy is very accurate :-)

  • @ulilcracker a V8 engine with a supercharger and headers will never break down do your research

  • @mauri85zzio

get off youtube and behind the wheel of some cars bro.

  • @TheF0rtress You're welcome for all the comments i got you on this video haha

  • @MrRizo223 Thanks! :)

  • Hi people please check out my channel :) great workout Paul

  • i can do as many push ups as pull ups. why is that? Everybody else does more push ups than pull ups

  • @worldsgreatest2010 Im just curious. How much pull ups and push ups can you do?

  • May I ask do u have the perfect pushups bars as seen. On tv

  • @MrTaylorreaves no, i don't

  • Hi Paul, this is your new subscriber "a0ithyp0d7r", and here's my workout routine for the day:

Since I'm not strong, I only do:

25 pushups, then 30 situps, then 15 squats, then 3 pullups, and rotate 2 more sets. It usually takes me 10-15 minutes to get it done for the day. Any advices will be greatly appreciated.

  • @a0ithyp0d7r instead of keeping the same numbers, try maxing out only some body parts, so one day, max out your pullups and pushups for 4 sets, the next day, either do 30 sit ups 3 sets, or just max out for 3 sets, you should research more bodyweight workouts, but try not to do every muscle in one day

  • @Gidenkidenk Thank you very much for pointing that out man.

  • @a0ithyp0d7r what Gidenkidenk suggested to you is exactly right, couldn't have phrased it any better.

  • Hey Paul, this might sound like a derp question but do you reckon you could ever get so strong at chin ups that it feels like lifting a 5 kilo weight? I can do 10 chin ups fairly easy but yeah, i just would like to know because its one of those questions thats always interested me.

  • @cr3am3dCAK3 surely! i used to work on explosive strength before, and I reached a point when a chin up was so easy it felt like someone turned the gravity off and I exploded way over the bar!

  • @TheF0rtress thats mad! :D thankyou for the reply :)

  • should we have a calculator in handy while doing this

  • @mattsam123123123 just kidding. but ur video on determination versus inspiration was pretty cool

  • @mattsam123123123 most phones have calculators, that's what we used. Plus the ratio between me and my friend is 1.5, that's an easy number to multiply for me, so I did it in my head.

  • can i do the w-5 workout 6 days a week or is that too much?

  • @iPodknowsbest a little too much I'd say.

  • @TheF0rtress how many times a week is enough?

  • hey paul is it the one we did t the pARK??

  • @sergeb123 yes

  • This is fantastic bro! I will definitely be using it!

  • thank you.

  • one question dude, could you tell us the resting days? that's a really critical part. if someone attempt to do this routine everyday he will probably suffer from overtraining, wont he?

  • what you think about powerlifting??

  • @444janes It's great if done with extreme caution and safety.

  • Feeling sore the next day is the sign of a great workout :)

  • and if you work out alone..?

  • @rawrnumber7 Try out W7 or other great workouts I have.

  • @itag916 sorry man. I'll make it simpler. Lets say I do 10 pushups max, and you do 20. You are basically twice as strong as me, so if we are competing, I'm doing everything half as much of you. Makes sense so far? Well this is the same thing, but instead of doing half, you are doing 1.7 as much as me, or the opposite. Get it?

  • @TheF0rtress Hey great video its very helpful! :) i have a question though its a bit random, but you look in great shape do you lift weights as well or do you only do body weight exercises?

  • @Dunnie771 only bodyweight. I lifted weights for a little bit (not enough to get any results), but I find bodyweight much more fun.

  • @TheF0rtress i couldn't agree more, i just would like more body weight exercises that workout shoulders and triceps,

  • Always hated math. Got lost halfway into the video..

  • i wish i had friends that liked to work out for this

  • Interesting way to motivate!

  • i feel like i can beat you in push ups thats my game btw your a beast

  • Very nice, I will do this every day
