  • wow love it

  • this is so soulful, wish we could put modern artists in the time machines and rewind them to these years of music so they can be half the artists the old school were, grew up listening to this my grandma put me on now I appreciate it more caz she passed, I give it 3 more months until its sampled, as creativity and uniqueness are no longer a necessity when making quality music. Jus saying...

  • @ArcBlockMusic please dont ever compare r kelly to the great percy sledge

Saw quite a few of these guys in person, I loved when Percy sang " I been Lovin' You too Long, then Isaac came out with it, but just too many good ones, oh yeah, and i'm white, oh well!

  • Us Black folk ain't to cool to make it the younger generation doesn't know about this i remember when i was a kid my dad would play this song 24/7 my mom loves it too

  • sometimes we gotta be hit over the head to see what others notice straightaway.........doh........

  • Just came across this song because of an old episode of Moonlighting (thanks Hulu). Not sure how I missed it because I've loved old Soul music since I was little. Fortunately, the lyrics don't have any painful resonance for me but it's still a beautiful and touching song.
