If so, search youtube using the key words "lonelycubicle fireworks 2010" and in the description is the link to Macy's describing the fireworks including the song list (I don't think youtube allows url addresses within the comments section, so I can't copy it here).

I was visiting New York from Finland at that time and had info that fireworks are normally on east river. I was standing between manhattan bridge and Brooklyn bridge with hundreds of people for two hours. Nothing happened. :(

oh well, this is a nice view of the fireworks while we had to go somewhere in hudson river next to the costco store to see the fireworks. This view of the fireworks is great.

I was there toooo omg THank god i live in NYC cause there was a mass of people When we were leaving i was on 34th and 12th ave! i wass amazing! u got a really clear video! But check out my vids of fireworks 2! I'll upload the rest later but check out all my vids now!

I took a recording of everyone leaving, it was a huge crowd taking up all of 57th Street (and pretty much all the other street south) after the fireworks.

Nice video, if interested, post as a video response. It's interesting from different views.

Hey is this the first year they've done it on the Hudson side? It's usually on the East river, right?

Someone told me it is not the first year on the Hudson side, but it has been a while. I was told the fireworks were on the Hudson River this year due to the 400th Anniversary of it's discovery by Henry Hudson.

I read it was last done on the Hudson side in 2000, and is usually on the East river (I also remember it being on both rivers during the Statue of Liberty's bicentennial (at least part way up the Hudson River (I was viewing from Battery Park.)))

Thank you for the great video. I grew up in newyork and live in wisconsin now. I remember all of the great family getogethers whenever i see the ny fireworks. Next best thing to being there.

When I go, I usually am far away (hard for me to take too much standing), this was pretty close for me and got to sit down ... an extra bonus!

I saw it on tv. We have great fireworks in milwaukee on july 3 but new york because of the size always has the best. Even though i live in milwaukee, a lot of my relatives live in ny and nj so seeing this was like being there. thanks again
