@MrZone He didnt speak greek, as the new testament is written. He spoke aramaic. Father in aramaic (as Hebrew) would have been "Abba", not "Pater". So he called him Abba, as in Father, but when refering to him as God, he most surely called him ALLAH or Allaha (as in syriac aramaic). Ask anyone, read any book about this, check any encyclopaedia, whatever you want.

The first time was after Solomon, when the kingdom split and the temple was destroyed. The second time is AT HAND. Many scholars take 16:8 as the original ending and believe the longer ending (16:9-20) was written later by someone else. See, so no resurrection, salvation, atoenement, etc. I ALREADY WROTE THIS.

@MrZone He didnt speak greek, as the new testament is written. He spoke aramaic. Father in aramaic (as Hebrew) would have been "Abba", not "Pater". So he called him Abba, as in Father, but when refering to him as God, he most surely called him ALLAH or Allaha (as in syriac aramaic). Ask anyone, read any book about this, check any encyclopaedia, whatever you want.

@MrZone I can't believe EVERYTHING that is written about Jesus in the Bible simply because most of it is contradictory, interpolated and false. And most results from the belief of Paul, who was a FALSE PROPHET. Evangelists themself based their writings on Paul and not on TRUTH. And that is the reason we have this whole mess with the New Testament today, where EVERY DAY some verses are removed from the Bible because it is clear in light of oldest manuscripts that they were a forgery.

So, Mark, as the oldest Gospel, therefore the most reliable, has NOTHING in it about the "resurrection", this whole doctrine of Jesus resurrecting, atonement, blood sacrifice etc. falls! Wait a bit until they find older manuscripts and you will see, many more things will be removed. At the end, what remains is Jesus, a Messenger of God, just as we said it

And about the ending of Gospel of Mark: Every Bible Scholar accepts now the FACT that this longer ending (16:9-20) is an INTERPOLATION or to say it for simpletons - it is A FORGERY. It is NOT present in oldest Markan Manuscripts, therefore the verse that you quote is FALSE, forged, a lie, falsification. It is NOT from Mark. In modern Bibles this ending is MISSING now, or is written as a footnote.

For your misfortune my friend, in Arabic "Allah" means "God". Egyptian Christians here in Egypt are famous for writing on their builidings "Allah Mahaba" which literally means "God is Love", So by saying that the "xi" looks like the word "allah" in Arabic, which it doesn't, you're saying that your God is the antichrist. Which isn't true.
And please, for your own sake, have some respect for what other people believe in.

@MrZone Well, excuse my bad English, I'm not sure if I'm using the right word, but people back when Islam started were Idolists, they worshipped sculptures. That's why they had to say there is no God but God. It doesn't make sense to you because you do not speak Arabic. But ask anyone who speaks Arabic and I'm sure he'll approve to what I'm saying. @MrZone Abraham is the father of all prophets in Islam, and to go to Heaven you have to believe in all the prophets and all their holy books, which includes the Bible and Taurah (sp?). And again, you don't speak Arabic so it's hard to explain "there is no God but Allah" to you, but I'll try again. We say "La ellah ella Allah" La means No, Ellah means God in general, whether it's fire, sun, moon or any other God that people worshipped back then, Ella means but, and Allah means God..

@MrZone The one and only God, the one who created us. He's not different than Christianity's God, or Judaism's God. People back then worshipped different Gods, so that was the point of there is no "God" but God. Because people had different Gods. Do I make sense? or do I need to explain it again?

That's why you wouldn't understand Japanese? For example, God in Chinese, and I'm talking about the Christian and Judaism God, is called Shangdi, does that mean that they worship another God?

If they don't respond with YHWH, Jehovah, Ha Tsur, The God of Abraham, Issac or Jacob, or any name that the Bible gives of the one True Living God...then they are not worshiping the one true living God. The God we serve has a PROPER name and attributes......and a LINEAGE, so His followers can distinctly differentiate Him from all other gods. For example, Abraham is called Ibrahim in Arabic, Jesus is called Yasou, Issac is Is-hak, Jacoub is Yakoub. Even Christians call them these names in Arabic. Ask an Arabic Christian please.

And I said more than once yes in the Quran it's Allah, but same things have different names in different languages, just like Abraham is Ibrahim in Arabic. And of course we don't think that Jesus is God in the flesh, each one has his own belief, but he's a prophet, and to be a Muslim, you have to respect Jesus and the Bible. Again, enough with the pointless argument, try to get in touch with a Christian Arab and ask him!
