They aren't lip syncing, but it is obvious they are using a sampler for the gang vocals. Usually it's the drummer who controls the sampling pad, but they don't show any good footage of the drum kit.

it's not lip sync. just listen to the song of the album and you'll see. besides he missed a few notes and added a cream. there are just too many small imperfections in song that you can distinguish real singing from lip sync :)
