Pakistan was still created from India and i think India should get possession of these regions. @125RTY the reason pakistan gets to dominate them is bcoz, in 1947, the muslim league won support from the regions like bengal, punjab and frontier. the tribes of balochistan and sindh were given a choice to either become independent states of be part of pak, they chose pak, as for kashmir or nothern areas, gilgit baltistan's army chose to take pak side during 1947-48 war, pak didnt invade that area, they just raised pak flag there, and azad kashmiris are largely pro pakistanis, thats why
