u can put anything on a pro console too... same with the elite console... u dont want an arcade console... it sucks. comes with crappy cables, a stupid looking dvd drive, non harddrive, no hdmi, it sucks... trust me u want the pro console.

It kinda is useless, because you CANT do that. Whenever you play a game off the hard-drive, it will make you put in the game disc for verification purposes, then you take the disc out and play it.
We dont know it yet. It might be, and I truly hope it is, so m$ has finally some competition, and lower their prices or anything like that. BUT Home can turn out to be a total failure and a completely bugged system. We have to wait to see :)

I really like the new style. The avatars aren't that bad, kinda cool seems like Wii but who cares. You don't have do choose a photo of your avatar as avatar(gamerpic) you can still use your old downloaded gamerpics. And again the new style looks awesome.

It makes your Xbox360 super quiet since it doesn't have to read the disc, it extends the life of your disc drive by not making it work so hard, and it gives you slightly faster loading times since it reads the data from the hard drive and not with a laser.

just dont like the avatar thing.
it was fine and dandy with the family oriented Nintendo Wii, but i like the xbox as a competitive game environment and the avatars make it a little more cartoony and kid appealing. Idk that's just me dont wanna start a debate, just saying i dont agree with the addition of that. But as for the blades and menu, it looks sweet, the party thing is innovative and better than the chatting. just wished the menu wasn't cover-flow iTunesesque.
