I think it is a broken front wheel axle and that echo to the wheel you dance a little and that makes the fork go straight and the wheel diagonally to the ground, may be due to the jump is not endured as it should

The reason he crashed was because there was either a small hole when he tried to turn his turned went into it and flipped it. Or he crashed cause he either got scared or was just too exited he did it and he turned the wheel to fast.

Its not all about just rolling downhill, you need strength too.

Ah, shit it's painful. I was riding once in Moscow on my Merida. when i was accelerating, the chain "flew" from my front "star" and a part of the chain fell directly under my rear weel. I've injured my knee and my eyebrow, it is sewn now.
