@Askren I dont remember..it was four months ago??...But I think I was trying to seriously name this lift :) My understanding is that a normal clean and jerk(olympic lift Like in the title) has a pause between the clean and the jerk. Where as in this lift he goes straight through the clean to the jerk. Kinda like a power clean but with the jerk...a la power jerk :) either way its a nice looking lift, my guess for building explosive power and core strength. I think thats what I was going for??
