Demodex pup, Beagle/Basset mix needs URGENT care!

I have a dog with demodex and it keeps getting worse. it's heartbreaking. i don't know what to do to help her at this point. i've been doing dips (mitaban, i think) and using pyoban shampoo. if anyone can help... please let me know

mine has demodex also. (supposedly)

all the vets contradict another and me and the dog are exhausted.

how do i diagnose and how do i treat. she has had the sulfur dip but it seems like it moves from one place to another.

any info would be appreciated and i hope little snoopy is cured and doing o.k.
