How do most people do the screencaptures for their skyscraper sim videos? Is there a screencapture app most people use? (I mean like I have held a camera to the screen before, but I'm sure there's a way to make a video of just what is being written to a window or the screen or whatever)... Do you know what do most people use?

@ElectroMecca I use a program called camstudio

It is quite good but it can make VERY large files.

Also getting the sound to record is difficult, your sound card needs to be able to record from speakers (other wise you will have to connect your computers headphone port to the sound port to record the sound)

@taylorjsj My latest skyscrapersim buildings only work with the pre-release of skyscrapersim (not the version on the skyscrapersim homepage).

goto the skyscrapersim forum, then click simulator development, then click on the topic about the latest build where there will be a download link

It will have some als, pders and guideline elevators. some of the elevators will be glass. it will not be released for a few weeks.
