The only thing that would be a hard adjustment would be no electricty, mainly no freezers or fridges to keep food from spoiling. It would be a tough adjustment, no doubt, but I think I could survive. I know this sounds crazy but right now I am stocking up on jugs of water and food that lasts a long time and doesnt have to be kept frozen.
