they did some updates in the dojo first then they started to put multi-language.its not done yet, so thats why the dojo is closed.

Ask Cleod9. Updates will start out semi-weekly so you will get about one or two updates per week, and they will be much more accurate than the previous Dojo since it will be kept up to date.
