The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how the body breaks down carbohydrates, fats, proteins etc, something a burger contains all of. Stop complaining about the chosen item of food to be digested, and just watch the damn video.

The lacteals are shown, but important details are omitted. The lacteal is a lymphatic structure and the fatty acids absorbed won't enter the bloodstream until the lymphatic vessels bring them to where the lymph exits the lymphatic flow at the left lymphatic (thoracic) duct. Other nutrients enter the bloodstream via the hepatic portal flow and go directly to the liver.
