@pupetssss The movie bears some resemblance to the experiences of former USAF Captain Scott O'Grady, who was shot down on 2 June 1995 over Bosnia. He managed to survive for six days before being rescued. He reportedly filed suit against the producers of this film for defamation of character, as well as making a film about his ordeal without his permission. O'Grady never entered populated areas, didn't interact with civilians, nor was he directly pursued by Serb forces.
