I follow the directions on the can but i add in a heaping tablespoon of flour and 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg....

@MrBoy219 I also add nutmeg, but I eliminate the cloves and reduce the ginger. I makes for a more custardy pie -- more like mom used to make.
