  • Really great,thanks.

  • Cant wait to try to make that sauce!

  • Great video, very easy to follow. Easy to understand. My thai girlfriend and I enjoy making fresh spring rolls once a week and being western I sometimes even add some charcoal chicken from the shop down the road. Great way to interact together at the dinner table and very yummy.

  • I made rice paper spring rolls this evening using your technique -- used slightly different ingredients, but follow the peanut sauce. Really turned out just like the Thai restaurant. We loved them! Thank you for the video.

  • Best video here on how to roll. I've been trying to figure out this sauce and I really appreciate your sharing it. Thanks!

  • This sauce is the best Great thanks for this recipe

  • Do you need to tie the roll so that the roll? Do you need to use extra egg yoke to glue the end of the roll so that the roll will not open up when it is done?

  • no, you don't need to tie the roll or use egg, when wet (from dipping it into hot water), the rice paper becomes quite sticky and it all holds together, i tried this yesterday, it was delicious!

  • you explain it alot better an clearly.. thanks

  • Khao Bune noodles, herbs and minced pork are the traditional fillings. I just want to show that spring rolls can be filled with any ingredient.
