mods = modifications to the car. It cant go that fast straight from the factory.

I agree with you, it's impossible for a stock car to do so, but this car is from what I heard that it is a V8 4 speed automatic gear, so it has an advantage. Any way I say it might been supercharge and with NOS system and going down hill ha ha xD.
