@NeoRevolution461998 Well, I'm not using any actual pedals since I use an amp simulation plugin called POD Farm. But for my rhythm tone I used a booster, some reverb and compression. For my lead tone I added a bit more reverb and some delay.

@s1u1g1e1 It is a rather easy instrument to play, pretty much a person could possibly learn guitar just by picking one up and playing it. That would take some practice though, getting a teacher or taking lessons would be faster.

@dailyqwerty I used a seven-string guitar for the rhythm parts which is tuned to drop A. It's basically just standard seven-string tuning with the B-string tuned down a whole step.

@DJfresh102 Hey! Good to hear you want to pick up the guitar :) I actually have some tips available on my website but that's not nearly enough to help you to be a good guitar player. Best thing you can do is get a teacher to learn all the basics. If that's not an option though, you can either get a good book about playing guitar or you can just try to learn as many songs from your favorite bands and artists. Hope this helps and if you need any specific advice, you can always send me a message :)

@DJfresh102 Yeah sure. If you want a good book about guitars in general that covers pretty much everything, I would definitely recommend 'The Guitar Handbook' by Ralph Denyer. I learned a lot of theory and techniques from that book actually.

@RedWingBlackBirds Well, tabs are what most guitarists (including me) use and are able to read... To be honest I never really felt the need to learn how to read actual sheet music and tabs work just fine for me since I'm either learning songs by ear or write them myself so I don't need to write anything down. Guess I'm pretty lazy but it works out just fine ;) These tabs are just something I like to offer to my viewers and to help me keep remembering the songs. Thanks for understanding!
