My snail hasn't mated, but I can see this transparent ball coming out of its back. At the very tip of the backside. Is it laying eggs?

wow I once saw something like that under a bridge in a park i rememebr i almost touched it and my mother was like dont touch it might be spiders lollll is that underwater??? cause the one i saw was stuck to the side fo a small bridge and the water from time to time splasehd it but it was over the water

This is a really cool video :) I own a snail, of whom I call 'Snailie' xD He's just lives in an aquarium with two fish. I'm glad that I haven't got another, because I'm certaintly afraid of what would happen if I had so many baby Snails to deal with! Also, may I ask what the first song is that you use? It's so pretty :)))

snails are hemaphrodites so you dont need to worry about having a fem or a male and snails usually start mating before fall whenever theyre in the mood lol

Dude...the word is GROSS....NOT GROSE!!!  As I say, to each their own...everyone has an opinion...and my opinion is, it's NOT GROSS!!! Now...honestly, I don't really like Snails per say BUT, EVERY single living thing on this Earth and MORE are VERY interesting in their OWN WAY...I don't think there is ANYthing GROSS about this KEWL looking creature (that's COOL w/ a K...just so ya know, I do know how to spell it lol!!!). ...Everything reproduces/multiplies in their OWN WAY!! GREAT VIDEO!!!

It would dry up, harden and in few weeks go mouldy... It must be at right height above water level (needs special humidity) and have warm.

Are these your snails? Or did you just download this video from somewhere? Because my snails won't lay eggs. =( They mated once but the eggs were not empty. Do you need the tank to be a certain temperature for them?

Normal water temperature, about 10- 15 cm of free space above water. Nothing special. Let the tank alone, for the night, when you partialy change water. If there are eggs on the tank pane after night, don't add new water, until little snails get out.

I didn't have prepared new water for fishes. After draining off, I abandoned aquarium for the night, so new water in bucket obtained good parameters before adding. After few hours all begun :)
