how do you get the rune when you go to the round room after opening the door with the key of elm and solving the pillar puzzle

i have a question i have finded ice sword ice axe ice hammer etc...but i dont finded any where in this game next thinks Ice wand venom hammer and bow no light bow

The Ice Wand is in the Fortress of Nemrut stage, in one of the pits where you fight the skeletons.

The Venom Hammer is in the Tombs of Ephyra, hidden behind a breakable wall in the chamber where the skeletons first appear.

good so you find this weapon from fortress of nemrut from the tower. is that right?

Yes. When you're going across the bridges above the two pits with all the skeletons in the Nemrut level, there's an elevator in one of the towers: take the elevator down and follow the path to reach the chamber with the Ice Axe.
