  • I had the most wonderful experience following your advice. Thank you! It changed my life.

  • thank you very much for this upload. I have just found it (googling Hong Sau). I had the joy of studying the SRFL many years ago. unfortunately during a move in 2007 they were lost. I am listening to your voice and smiling because it has such a vibrant quality.

  • What a delightful and insightful video. THANK YOU!

  • love love love your videos!!!....soooooooo calming, thank you x

  • Much Love Swami!

  • I feel such inner peace watching you and listening to your words. Thank you

  • Thank you voice of God !

  • Thank you so much for every beautiful Videos sharing with us and your effort, Two Thumbs and 5 Stars.

  • Dear Swami Kriyananda, do you recommend that I concentrate on the sensation of breath at the third eye, or concentrate on the inner recitation of "hong sau"- which itself seems to resonate at the third eye? God Bless

  • Both are important (concentrating on the breath and on the mantra). The main purpose of the hong-sau technique is to develop deep calmness, by calming the breath and the mind. One should always concentrate on the breath, wherever one most notices it. If that is at the spiritual eye, then that is a good place to concentrate on the breath. Then, along with the breath, one should mentally say "hong-sau".

  • AUM i bow to THE LORD VASUDEVA!

  • Thank you, Sir. I needed to hear your message this morning.

  • Thank you.

  • Hello,i look forward every week to these videos.I say "so hum" as a mantra when i meditate but tomorrow morning i will try hong so and i will also concentrate the breathe on the bridge of the nose.I normaly concentrate at the tip of the nostrils.Thank you once again i admire and respect you.

  • Concentrate at the root of the nose -- where the air enters the head, which is very close to the Kutastha Chaitanya, the point between the eyebrows.

    swami kriyananda

  • Thank you swamiji. This mantra is more effective than the "so hum" mantra.I find that concentrating at point between the eyebrows one goes deep into meditation with out much effort.I also feel more peacefull inside.Thank you.

  • lots of wisdom here. thank you so much.
