i live in Berlin and have heard this song before, but didn't know it was called Prenzlauerberg. Heh. not sure what it has to do with P-berg, but awesome song nonetheless.

...puts me in the mind of one of those i-cant-believe-she-really-left-me-this-time songs. dark bar, drinking songs. i-knew-it-was-going-to-happen-but-not-this-soon songs. so sad but next-time-things'll-be-different songs. a cup of coffee "sadness" with a shot of "bittersweetness" and a dollop of whipped "hope" on top. lovely...
