Hi has anybody ever tried the Acuspeed 24 Diet (search on google)? I am told some great things about it and my work buddy got rid of a ton of fat on it.
Hey there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.
the best advice is the simplest. Just eat when you're hungry, and make sure that it's balanced. Also, eat slowly and be conscious of how full you are so that you can eat the appropriate amount. And as long as you add this to adequate exercise throughout the week, you're fine.
For yogurt and other low fat products, make sure it doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup. High Fructose corn syrup tends to gather around your tummy. It also has other bad side affects that deal with your liver and pancreas. I have been avoiding foods with high fructose corn syrup and I have lost weight (especially around the tummy area)just within the last month. I also feel better and have more energy. The article is from First magazine.

Most energy bars are NOT healthy. And that goes for fruity yogurt as well.

If your diet goof is ordering a fast food meal, skip the soft drink in favour of water.
