  • All your mindless rambling about their unproven innocence will not change the fact that they were found guilty in 1994, then pled guilty in 2011 by way of the Alford plea which means they maintain their claims of innocence but admit there is enough evidence to convict them. They are convicted child murderers and you worthless lowlife, morally bankrupt, sycophantic suck ups glorify them like any cult would their chosen deity. They have not produced ONE stitch of exculpatory evidence.

  • In addition to the real killer, the blundering state officials [specifically judge & prosecutors] should face punishment.

  • anyone who thinks they are guilty has absolutley no idea what they are talking about. Or they are "christians".

  • Over 10 million dollars spent to prove their innocence and to this day they have not produced even ONE stitch of exculpatory evidence.

  • (2 of 2) The WMPD seriously botched this case and they swept it under the rug the best way they knew how... by still embarrassing the innocent, by protecting the real killer because the case is closed, by making sure the WM3 will never receive financial compensation (which nearly every wrongfully imprisoned inmate receives) and tossing in the "guilty" verdict which simple-minded people actually believe is a real guilty plea, even though it was clearly stated that they retain their innocence.

  • Right, Polygraph tests or lie detector tests are not accurate. It's been scientifically proven by Doctors and others. Also, it's not admissible in court. It's more of a scare tactic the interrogator uses to get a response from the suspect. Intimidation. The accuracy rate of a polygraph is not that good. Anyway, a lot of things can change your body vitals. Having anxiety can change it. I'd fail on my own name, I'd bet on it. people are accusing you of something course bp will rise

  • Oh my god, I can't believe people would lie against anyone, in a murder trial. A couple of those 'witnesses' deserve jail time.

  • If Hobbs left evidence at the scene and DIDN'T do it then how the fuck didn't the wm3? And not to mention hair of Jacoby Hobbs friend was found there too which makes perfect sense since he was there at jacobys that night and left twice. Explain that. All the non believes just happen to be detectives all the sudden. No evidence buddy. How stupid will you feel when Hobbs finally cracks and admits he did it? Lol

  • Lol you just can't even win with some people. Convinced yet have no proof. If there was ANY doubt they'd still be in jail and that's that. This dude speaks as if he worked on the trial and knows something we don't. Lol and that hair was found on Michael Moore not Stevie branch. So does Hobbs live with the Moores too? And don't talk to me about transfer when not one of Damien or Jason's long as hairs was found anywhere. Get a life. Lol

  • I can't believe there are still people out there who think these three men are guilty. 18 years and every single piece of evidence points away from them being guilty, but you people refuse to realize it. If you want to believe someone is guilty without any evidence to support your theory, fine, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it, but please, keep that shit in your living room and away from the courts and jury room.

  • @ReinEngel2 I'd have to question them really. Their IQ maybe? I don't know how you could believe they are guilty. Something is wrong with the people who think this. Even the Justice System in Arkansas know they're innocent, but know there is all kinds of ignorant, gullible people out there. Oh but we can't forget, they PLEAD GUILTY!!!! LMAO, biggist joke ever. It's called an Alford Plea and was used to save face in AK. Because the state was going to lose the trial. The wm3 had their reason

  • @ReinEngel12 (I had to start again, ran out of room. The health of their families were deteriorating. Damien's health was also deteriorating. AK could have had any of them killed in prison to avoid a trial and losing and having to pay the wm3 millions. They told them the trials could last years!!! They are close to 40 already, damn. Their parents are getting older. Damien's son is 18. If the state had screwed them over again very well could have DJ would be put to death.JB & JM, still life

  • They spent $10 million to prove their innocence, and they could not. Peter Jackson thinks he can do it with this mockumentary. This isn't even a bad joke. Atleast they are intended to be funny. This is bad comedy.

  • @Lethalstorm yeah, thanks to the very dumb wmpd investigators, it is going to be hard to prove beyond a shadow of doubt who did this. Since their dumbasses lost evidence, botched the case. Went about everything wrong. One thing that's for certain, the wm3 does not have DNA at the crime scene, can't say that about some others. Alibis. And for certain step daddy's hair is found in the knot of the shoelace binding the friend of his STEP-son. They want justice for those 3 babies & DJJ

  • @Lethalstorm & fuKc the money. Some of us think it's actually more important to do whatever it takes to bring attention to the case and bring justice for 3 murdered children. Some, just wanna save money and forget about it I guess. Also, DJ&J want to find the murderer not only to clear their names but to hopefully bring peace to the victims families and victims that are in heaven.

  • O.J did it.

  • Another fucking movie? Jesus...

  • I hate this.. All that happened was a bunch of redneck asshole pigs, Who force fed a statement down a mentally retarded child.. Then when they realized what mistake they had made nobody at all would admit to there mistakes, There were people paid to make statements or blackmailed. There was a lot of things people had to lose, People had work promotions all because of this case alone.

  • Ok. This is for anyone who THINKS they know these guys are guilty. You're a fucking retard. The DNA evidence isn't enough to say Hobbs did it BUT there's ZERO EVIDENCE that says the west Memphis three did. So what's your fucking point? You're gonna take NO evidence over Some evidence? You sound like true dicks who don't know shit. Terry Hobbs alibis where all fucked up he wasn't where he said he was during the crucial hours where these kids went missing and were murdered and he lied and said he

  • @joseXfatality Speaking of true dicks who don't know shit, let me fill you in on the real DNA findings. There were over 100 samples submitted for DNA testing. They were cleared from 42 samples. Unfortunately, over 60 samples were either unreadable, undetectable, or unreportable because the reports were not reliable. Of the 42 samples that produced results, only 6 were inconsistent with DNA from the victims. That is why the DNA does NOT exonerate them, but WoM won't tell you facts.

  • @joseXfatality As for alibis, Damien Echols admitted on the stand that he made his alibi up to fit the facts. Jessie Misskelley wasn't wrestling in Dyess the night of 5/5/93 as he claimed. When tasked to provide proof he was there, a receipt for a ticket was provided that was dated 4/27/93. Jason Baldwin didn't even bother with a poly, testimony, or alibi because he didn't fucking have one. Again, these are facts you won't hear in WoM.

  • @Lethalstorm actually I've heard all of this. I do question the wrestling alibi on that night. Mistaken date, time. Jason Baldwin, he was intelligent enough to know at 16 not to take an unreliable polygraph test. His lawyer told him not to testify. He listened to his lawyer. I wouldn't take a polygraph either. Anyway, it's been proven they lied to Jessie, he did NOT fail his lie detector, just the question: have you ever smoke pot? he answered no, p-graph said he lied on that question.

  • @joseXfatality I will take multiple confessions from Jessie Misskelley Jr and a mountain of circumstantial evidence against the WM3 as opposed to a hair that may or may not belong to Terry Hobbs that really only proves that he and Stevie Branch lived in the same house.

  • @Lethalstorm go educate yourself on the case. Or just stop the nonsense. I can't keep telling you or teaching you how to educate yourself before you say something that's going to sound so stupid.

  • The only thing these guys can really take from this is that they understand the system better than most people now. I went to college for 7 years, lost my house to pay for college, then lost my ability to work in healthcare after witnessing things I can never prove... The system is corrupt as hell and few people know just how corrupt it is until they either work their way up or become a victim of the system. I hope those boys get enough power to slam the sociopaths that locked them up.

  • As a citizen of the United States of America, MUCH more attention should have been paid to these three words; "beyond reasonable doubt".

  • @sar85special If you only know the case from the documentaries, it sure looks like a witch hunt. Unfortunately for them, there is a thing called reality. All the documentaries count on you to be lazy, because if you research the case at all you will find that they are the ones bullshitting you, not the system. Don't take my word for it. Try it.

  • anyone kno the name of the first song?

  • Damien took a shit on my chest last week...wooo!

  • @KelzMon did it smell like fucking shit?

  • @HillcrestCapital Obviously man, it was a piece of shit like! i'll post it on to you...

  • heard the interview on NPR on way to school. fuk da system

  • who was the murderer? and are the 3 guys in jail free now???

  • I met Damian at a party/event in Park City the other week. He was a really nice guy.

  • ok how can u see this movie theres no realease date anywhere i search and its not in any theatre but one in california lol help?

  • @strongerdbyd01 Sundance is a festival for independent movies to find distributors. Most likely, West of Memphis was seen for the first time at the festival which was only a week ago. It's probably in the process of finding a national window to be in theaters

  • cant wait to see this :D

  • I'm surprised there are still people who think they are guilty. There is no way the state would have just let them go if they even had a little bit of doubt that these guys are child murderers. The state knew they were innocent, but they couldn't actually admit they were innocent without losing face, careers, and a lot of money.

  • Like Us on FB "WM3 Seeking Justice"

  • I live in Arkansas and I remember when this happened. I also remember thinking from the very beginning that not enough attention was paid to the stepfather. It was a very short blurb on the news and quickly forgotten that he was even a possible suspect. I have seen first hand how the Arkansas "system" works and it is atrocious. The "good ole boy" system is still very much alive and if a DA wants you gone, his judge buddy will make it happen. MHO

  • in cases like these, i trust only DNA.

  • @2112puzzle DNA of the step father (Terry Hobbs) was found on the shoe laces that bound that victims.

The Prosecutor is currently sitting on this information.

  • @Xawthem i hope those three boys find justice. i do not think the three teenagers (now men) did anything - life is so unjust towards some people....

  • @2112puzzle What bugs me is that more evidence continues to build that points to Terry Hobbs, but the DA seems little motivated to do anything. I've also read that testing of those shoe laces showed an EXACT match to fibers found on a knife owned by Hobbs.

I too hope that that the boys receive justice, but have little faith in Arkansas.

  • @Xawthem i think i really without a doubt in my mind realized that these men were innocent when one of the lawyers said ''does anyone believe that if the state had even the slightest continuing conviction that they were guilty, that they would let these men free today? it would have never happened.'' it's obvious the DA is certain they are innocent.

  • This isn't one of the paradise lost documentaries. 1-showed the first trial, and conviction, and the the victims from the beginning. 2-was just an update letting supporters know there was still a fight going on. 3-is an update and some ways a reward for long term supporters.

West of Mestphis is a over all summary and from Damien's view. PL is from an outsiders view looking in.

  • Damien NEVER told anyone that he did it. Jessie's confession, even walked through by the police after being held for 11.5 hrs was still sooo wrong on every detail. The people Damien "told" he did recanted that statement and were extremely questionable in the 1st place.

  • This movie is a continuation of paradise basically.

  • The American Judicial system is screwed. O.J., Casey Anthony, the WM3. I can imagine being coaxed into a confession at a young age. Scared, bullied, no confidence in yourself. There is one nagging question in my mind though; why did Damien tell people he did it. Why was he bragging about it before he was arrested? Did he think it cool to be a suspect in a triple murder? I'm afraid we may never know the whole truth. I'm on the fence on this one. But OJ and Casey Anthony are guilty as sin.

  • @chomp7779 This trailer alone shows two people who said they were lying when Damien confessed to them. What makes you think the two school girls weren't capable of the same thing? What's most likely to me, is the two school girls were gossiping like young kids in school do, and ended up getting caught in a lie bigger than themselves. They were probably pressured into testifying because of that.

  • @deRoyLight my thoughts exactly. when you're that young you can't fully grasp the consequences of your actions and the effects that they can have on other people. i'm sure the girls just didn't want their parents to find out that they were lying.

  • um, paradise lost 1 2 and 3? Will this be much of a different perspective?

  • where can i legally buy this movie on internet?

    hit my inbox please.

    SOPA supporter

  • @kalan88 You can't. it's only just hit the festival circuit. So as a supporter of SOPA I'm sure you'll be happy to wait.

  • where can i watch this?

  • makes you wonder how many other innocent people are rotting in jail (or even worse, have already been executed) because of some assbackwards small town legal system.

  • henry rollins is the shit

  • annextest13 - like Hobbs blaming the WM3?

  • HOLY SHIT IS THAT VICKY HUTCHINSON SAYING THAT STUFF ON CAMERA?? I fucking LOVE this!

  • Does anybody know who sings the song "Aint done nothing wrong" that plays in the first couple of minutes? thank you...

  • There just trying to put the blame on hoobs. As would anyone who was guilty.

  • The 3 are guilty. Its not hobbs. Plz dont buy into the film. I've watched all 3 films and they had it right the first time

  • @annextest13 You clearly were the one who did it...

  • @annextest13 Have You seen the same documentaries I've seen??...this is incredible. So many narrow-minded on the world...

  • The stepfather smells so so bad.....

  • @arapadasbestas I have an LLPC and am licensed to diagnose mental illness. If the stepfather Mark Byers was off his meds and going through a manic episode, he could have killed those 3 kids and have no memory of it what-so-ever.

  • @gocubs1815 I meant the other stepfather...

  • Haha, Henry Rollins 3:33.

  • The people (2:12 and 2:13) that went up on the stand and LIED should be ashamed of themselves for the rest of their life! How could anyone do that to someone? I don't even want to hear any of their lame excuses.

  • @Karosanyo I can't say why Michael Carson would. He did say he was doing a lot of LSD at the time and didn't know why he would say that against Jason. He was prob also offered less sentence for wtvr he was in trouble for but still, not good enough reason for me. A mother V Hutchison, she was facing some yrs in the pen. Had an 8 yr old son. The cops threatened to take her son away if did not testify. The softball girls, i believe overheard Echols( sarcastically) saying he did it. as kids

  • @Karosanyo they did not understand the sarcasm. It prob scared them. I couldn't finish, so I had to reply again, sorry bout that. But the cops judge prosecuters...why they lied, I have no idea. None of this should have even happened. & I'm glad they are out, but will fight to the end for Exoneration of the WM3 and Justice for 3

  • People can be so thick-headed. Thank god these men are finally free.

  • its cash in time at the expense of 3 children, nobody really knows what happened that day but one person

  • It will do no good whatsoever, and at THIS late date, to argue about the WM3's guilt, ( and their innocence, as I believe ) with anyone that has the "other opinion. I just want to thank Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, and Amy Berg especially, for this oh so important documentary. Just face it, there are certain people who will NEVER accept their innocence, but are at the same time, afraid for the rest of the world to see your doc. More's the pity! I personally thank you so very much!!

  • @ndgambella Well, back on May 7th of 1993, Echols was administered a polygraph test that showed strong signs of deception when it pertained to the murders. I've also taken a close look at Echols' psychological history, specifically the evaluations he received leading up to murders of those poor three boys, which is pretty extreme. I wish Youtube didn't have character limits, I'd love to talk more about this. But keep in mind, this is just my view on this matter. I told you I'd be in the minority

  • @TetraVaalBioSecurity A polygraph test measures things like blood pressure, perspiration, and pulse. The theory is that when asked to lie, your blood pressure will go up, your heart will race, and you will sweat. You know what else will make those things happen? Being accused of murdering 3 children and facing the death penalty as a teenager. There is a reason that most respected scientists view polygraph tests as pseudoscience. Thank god these men are finally free!

  • @farbeyond37 You are right and wrong...a psychopath passes through a polygraph with no problems, they lie without showing any physical sign.

  • SPOILER ALERT!: Terry Hobbs was the killer after all. And the evidence in this movie will confirm it.

  • @RayatoTV who is terry hobbs???

  • @comeondown12345 Step father of one of the murdered children

  • @RayatoTV Only if you are gullible enough to fall for it. Have you actually read the Bode Technology and Serological Research Institute reports? Oh. And the three someones who say they were told by someone that someone said something. I've heard that's in there too. What a powerful case.

  • @RayatoTV The bullshit in this movie will only confirm that Peter Jackson supports 3 convicted child killers who pled Guilty in a court of law. If there were any real evidence we'd hear about it in a court of law.

  • @RayatoTV Again!! I don't know why I have to repeat this over and over, but for some it takes a little longer. Do you understand???? Probably not. Confused still, I'm sure. ALFORD PLEA. look it up, if you know how? of course. Focus now, it will say plead guilty, WHILE MAINTAINING INNOCENCE. Innocence, hell while you're there, look that word up too. Also, Bullshit, in the Urban Dictionary because...wink* wink* although we are innocent of these crimes, we are maintaining our innocence

  • @RayatoTV continuing: we are just saying we are pleading guilty, so that we can be released today. Jason Baldwin, mind you, was not going to take the plea deal because it still wasn't justice and it was wrong. After receiving letters from friend's and lawyers of Damien's he realized he had to do it to save Damien's life. It was all 3 or none. Also, Jessie's dad visited every weekend and his health went down hill quickly. Damien's health was bad. Have u seen the little cell he lived in

  • Tremor Christ!!!

  • why on EARTH didnt the stepfather get the lie detector done at the time?!!!! we know hes guilty...these guys will eventually clear their names. Arkansas states BIGGEST fuck up..and no apologies, no compo......un-FUCKING-believable..you couldn't make it up! Onwards and upwards fro Damien, Jason and Jesse

  • Thank God Damien, Jesse & Jason are Free. I have no doubt the real killer/s of those little boys is keeping tabs on this story. I got a direct message for whoever is responsible for these crimes. >>You got away with NOTHING. Demons are in your company waiting to snatch you to eternal hellfire & brimstone. You are a slave to all of hells unwanted & you will know PAIN. You are a worthless putrid scum sucking loser and everyone hates you. Your rage pollutes you&you overflow with raw sewage GO DYING

  • Anti WM3 trolls could be the biggest dirtbag internet trolls I've ever seen. If you actually bothered to watch Paradise Lost 3, the took the deal because if for some reason the new trial did not go in their favor, Damian was going to be executed. They didn't wan to take it, but they needed to to save his life. Case closed, but I'm sure you trolls will continue on, because that's what virgins do.

  • wow

  • wow damien and lorri got producing credit

  • i don't get it.. who dislikes this?

  • What's the Pearl jam song at the end of this?

  • great work peter cant wait to see it - PLEASE fast release dvd versions for UK & rest of the world

  • I'm so happy they are free!! The truth needs to be uncovered and these men need to be compensated for the THEFT of their LIVES!! I send all the positive energy I can to those 3 men and their family. I know they can't have their years back, but I hope somehow they will get back what they lost. Much love WM3 -From Kansas

  • Its just sad that these guys had to stay in prison so long just to cover up the fact that one of the fathers was molesting those boys. Just wait and see... That is my opinion of the situation and its my right to have that. Thank You

  • @TheNyhmesis

    Terry muthafucking Hobbs

  • I am so happy you guys are free, but justice has not been done. Police incompetence, prosecutorial corruption, and violations of some of the most basic procedural safeguards enshrined in the US Constitution. The murderer(s) of three innocent children completely ignored by a police service more interested in easy targets than discovering truth. Unfortunately not enough of these cases get documentaries made about them. But I am so thankful you can now try to get some joy from your freedom.

  • 2 dislikes must be Terry and the bloody bum in Bojangles

  • @FrillyHeadstone Best comment ever on Youtube in history. You win 5 internets sir

  • Listen to this and tell me it sounds forced or even coerced:

    youtube.com/watch?v=2ptqYd0oJCk

Sorry guys but he was read his rights and his description of the crime was too explicit to be made up. And he doesn't sound all that "retarded". Look into all the facts for yourselves, not just what the documentarians offer up.

  • @DougyFisher I HAVE heard the entire tape and yes, it does sound forced. You seem to be forgetting that the poor boy in question was borderline mentally retarded. You are telling us to look at the facts when you are failing to do just that. He got almost EVERY detail wrong. HORRIBLY wrong. And what about those hours of tape where he constantly stated his innocence? I have studied all angles of this case for almost 7 years. I know my shit, and I know these men are innocent.

  • Glad they are finally out! At 1st I thought the step Dad w/ the big forhead did it. Now it looks like the other kids Moms Husband/Boyfriend whatever he was at the time did it. They even have a motive, DNA, Place him w/ the 3 kids the day of the Murder, Etc. These 3 deserve a peacefull life for getting F*cked by the bs court system that we have in America.

  • @MrSecondgrade2 I'm with you, I thought it was him as well, but I was glad to see he later came out in support of the WM3. at least he has the guts to say "I'm sorry, I was wrong" which is more than you can say for everyone else involved in putting these kids away. He did come off as a strange duck thought, didn't he?

  • y another documentary?...da point of paradise lost? i wonna see the best interpretation of what went down, through acting seen

  • Deliver Us From Evil was a great doc, but I can't imagine anything upstaging any documentary by Bruce Sinofsky and Joe Berlinger (the best documentary filmmakers in history), but it does look exciting and aggressive.

  • So excited to see the movie. Been behind them for years. It's good they are getting the good attention that they need and deserve. : )

  • This looks like an incredibly powerful movie. I really hope I get to see it at Sundance. I hear there's a lot of controversy surrounding it, just like most movies of its type. I imagine that Puncture with Chris Evans also has a lot of controversy around it. bitly .com/vMy1X6

  • Things are/ were backwards in Arkansas? Shocking. I'm waiting for the documentary about making the documentary of the documentary.....part 8.

  • pretty disturbing how people automatically assume they're innocent.

  • @jk4d It's disturbing how people automatically assume they are guilty. It's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. There is/was no evidence. The DNA finally backed that up and proved they weren't there when the kids were murdered. End of story

  • @Keithmeister74 That's what scares me most as well. These kids were basically found guilty of being different & slapped with a murder sentence. No evidence, no motive, nothing. With all the political turmoil I see today, this sort of thing is bound to happen again & it scares me. I'm raising a 6 year old, & co-parenting a 13 year old (stepson) and I am afraid for their future! The worst part is I feel helpless, like there's no way to make any real change in the system.

  • @Muze226 It bothers me because I am a lot like them (black clothing, metalhead, beliefs that are outside the norm). While it's more common today then it was in 94, I live in Marietta Georgia. Not exactly the pentacle of open-minded beliefs. So far the worse that's happened is my bf and I get called some names but jesus... I think part of the whole thing is almost all of us could look at this and go "That could have been me..."

  • @TheVampiressLisa I've got people in Marietta! I'm in Upstate SC myself & I know exactly what you mean, I dress differently, I dye my hair sometimes & I have piercings that I've had for years. Not taking them out either, my husband & I like them, so they stay.I've been called a few names & the other parents @ my kid's school give me odd looks, but so what? Those same parents have kids who LOVE to see me coming, I'm the cool mom I totally agree, that could have been me as well, or 1 of my friends

  • @Muze226 Hell yeah! Most of my piercings are "acceptable" (ears, tongue) or hidden (nipples, planning on getting the area between my boobs pierced) and I'm growing out my bright red hair. So I don't get it as bas as I used to. But I'm also a 25 year old that knits(I have gotten some strange looks knitting on the local transit.) and has highly visible tattoos(one is on my wrist and is a demon girl in a coffin). I'm not changing for anyone, and that scares ppl.

  • @TheVampiressLisa I think you've hit the nail on the head their! The fact that people like you & I can be different & not be ashamed or apologize for it makes people wonder about us. I'm like you, I sew! People can't believe that I sew cutesy things & can still pop out in fishnet stocking on the weekend =) That's who I am, it makes me happy & if it makes you happy, go for it! I've never understood why people care so much about stuff that has no real affect on them!

  • @Muze226 What I mean is, if you don't like the way I dress, don't dress like me, if you don't like my piercings, don't get one, it's just that simple! I do love that so many older people have gotten to know me & most of them say things like "I wouldn't think you'd be as nice as you are!" I like changing people's minds & challenging stereotypes, it's the only way crap like this discrimination will be put behind us! I judge people based on their character not how they look, others should as well=)

  • A corruption of justice, which I don't think anyone is denying here, does not equate innocence. The first confession sounds too graphic to be made up on the spot by a kid who is supposedly borderline retarded. Let alone the other ones. Here's a good read I found:

    crime-spree.blogspot.com/2005/04/why-i-think-west-memphis-3-are-guilty.html

I'm not saying I know what happened I just think the truth is far too clouded for people to dismiss them. Either way, it's a horrible tragedy.

  • @DougyFisher Stop posting links that don't exist, troll.

  • @SASH37 it's not possible to post straight-up links in the comments. You have to copy/paste the url. For some reason you also have to remove the extra blank spaces that youtube adds. Sorry.

  • I find it hard to comprehend that there are actually people commenting that these guys are guilty.. seriously what. the. fuck. If Mark Byers can admit that they are innocent after all the suspicion placed on him, then I can only conclude that you are either morons or trolls..

  • @jez261 you're just a typical bandwagoners, just like everyone else here.

what if they're the real murders ? what if ? what if misskelley actuallt told them truth?

why did baldwin tell his lawyer that he will stop his friendship with nichols after what happened ? why did baldwin say that he could imagine nichols killing the 3 boys ?

there is so many unanswered question, but 99% of you are just brainwashed robots who rather believe johnny depp than thinking for themselves

  • @jk4d Nope I believe common sense and cold hard facts ,What the fuck is your problem ????

  • @jk4d Have you listened to MissKelley's confessions? Have you examined the evidence? The two don't add up.... Therefore... MissKelley wasn't telling the truth. To bad Gitchell's sorry ass couldn't even lead a moron like Jessie MissKelley into saying the right things. Sorry Jessie. :/

  • @TWOTHIRTYS3V3N i agree jessie was basically saying yes to anything and they didnt even record most of the "confession"

  • @TWOTHIRTYS3V3N Not to mention false confession is more common than people believe, people of average intelligence are coaxed into false confession all the time, imagine what poor Jessie went through during his interrogation process! There's no telling how long they held him in that room or how hard they bared down on him to get him to confess, if you listen to what little of the "confession" has been released, he's obviously being coaxed. Poor kid!

  • @jk4d what a sorry ass channel you have and what a piece of shit you are. fuck you from every one of us.

  • @MrW454ci lol@u thinking i care about my channel on fukin youtube, sorry i spent my time doing more productive things :(

  • @jk4d yeah it really looks like you have so much time to do more "productive" things... your on this bitch all day whinin about the WM3. bitch.

  • @MrW454ci all day ? looking at your channel you're the one who is on youtube all day lol

  • @jk4d duh no shit! i never said i wasnt, go stick ur head further up ur shit pipe

  • I've grown up in and currently live in Arkansas. I've always hated this state, and I've always wanted a new trial for the WM3 to completely expose the incompetency of the state's court system. Leave it to someone as fucking awesome as Peter Jackson to help make it happen.

  • So aaaaanyway, Peter Jackson's a pretty sweet dude right?

  • Everyone jumping on the WM3 bandwagon with your favorite actors/musicians go listen to the confession tapes (plural). There's no way all of that was coaxed.

  • @DougyFisher, REALLY? So Misskelly being interrogated for 12 hours and being borderline mentally retarded doesn't prove that someone can break under pressure and make up a fallacious lie simply to evade further strife?

  • @DougyFisher You obviously haven't read/heard it all then, giving what you're saying here! Go have another listen/read, and then come back and tell me you are still wanting to say that! Misskelly was coaxed the entire time! They even told Jesse that he failed a pollygraph, even though he didn't, just to scare him! Now, you tell me something, why would they do that? Oh that's right, because they HAD to pin the murder's on SOMEONE!

  • @DougyFisher theres no bandwagon. people got together and believed for 18 years. Obvilously a movie on the subject brings more attention to it. I DONT KNOW WHY ANYONE IS EVEN RESPONDING TO IDIOTS WHO THINK THEYRE GUILTY. YOU CANT CONVINCE THEM OTHERWISE. EVEN THO THINGS LIKE SCIENCE SAY THEY DIDNT DO IT. pfffffffffffffft.............silly science. who needs it??!! right dougy?

  • @mdp8167 Unfortunately, people like you don't look at everything thoroughly. You have to remember that the DNA evidence that everyone's been made aware of proves nothing either way, it is neither exculpatory nor inculpatory. I'm not saying that I'm not open to the idea of their innocence, but it's gonna take more than a minor DNA sample to prove me wrong. I still think there's enough supporting evidence to support the theory that they're still guilty. Just my opinion.

  • @TetraVaalBioSecurity and what exactly is this evidence you speak of that proves beyond a doubt that they are guilty???

  • @TetraVaalBioSecurity it truly fascinates me that you believe they are guilty. i mean no offense at all towards you're opinion. you can dm me rather than post on here (where you may receive unfair hate/criticism) but i'm genuinely curious as to your reasoning for believing they are guilty. i personally believe the original trial was a complete joke and these boys were unfairly punished for a crime they had nothing to do with. but i'd love to hear an (intelligent) argument of the other side.

  • @DougyFisher So you've never heard of false confession? It happens all the time, don't believe me? Look it up! Sorry, there's no bandwagon here. There IS scientific evidence (DNA) and a murderer out there somewhere that needs to be prosecuted!

  • 3:37 Henry Rollins??

  • @ZeY00T00b, yep.

  • @lamnbud1 maybe you should not comment on legal issues if you do not know the facts, They entered alford pleas, this means they plead guilty but they retain that they did not commit the act and that they are innocent.

  • @jjvz1989 Yes, they maintain their innocence because they enjoy all the donations being sent by supporters.

  • Im fascinated with this case, have been ever since i saw Paradise Lost. Those boys (men now) should not have been locked up based on the evidence provided. Looking forward to seeing this new documentary on this.

  • Why didn't they go forth with the hearing IF they thought they did not get a fair trial and had evidence to exonerate them instead of pleading guilty to murder? That's the part that I cannot understand. And then they continue to profess innocence, but I think it's a little too late for that now. I'm just an average citizen, but that just does not make good sense to me. I believe they are guilty as hell and it's laughable for them to pretend otherwise. Makes more money for them that way.

  • @tamnbud1 Obviously you have a bit of trouble fitting in others shoes.18 unjust years in prison, and your supposed to trust the system, with another trial, that screwed you in your ass in the first place? Pshh, I would of said, "LOOK PEOPLE, I'M AS INNOCENT AS A MAN CAN BE", then I would whisper "I'm accepting your don't sue me plea". That's all it was. Ellington said it himself "more than likely" the WM3 would have won a new trial. The state was saving face. Kicking 3 men, while down.

  • @TWOTHIRTYS3V3N Obviously you are in denial and cannot accept that your 'God' has plead guilty to being a multiple child murderer. If you were informed and did some research looking at the actual case documents instead of just viewing a slanted video you too could see the truth. Ellington just did not want to try the case and that's why he accepted the DENFENSE'S OFFER to have them plea guilty. When does a prosecutor not take a guilty plea???

  • @tamnbud1 - I've seen the interviews with the prosecution following the release of the WM3, and the leading prosecutor said himself, "If this judge grants a new trial, the convicted men will likely have their charges overturned. We would do the best we could, but likely the verdicts would be overturned." Also, you can't question the plea deal they made until you've been in their shoes. After 18 years of unjust prison time, I'd be interested to hear what you would say to such a deal.
