The acoustic guitar player is alittle much. Being a worship leader myself, I wouldn't really approve of his antics. It's very distracting, but if he's not putting on a "show" (i'm not going to judge him) then I say go for it. The reason it looks like he's putting on a show is because of his guitar slinging and his foot- looks like he's playing rock band.
wether he was "into it" or "putting on a show ", if it causes ppl to stumble, then it's best to keep it at a minimum. for my case, i find it distracting esp when he's the only one doin it.
and for youtubes case... ppl flaming each other unecessarily
