@Hiperid Apsolutno ne....snajperisti su znale biti i prve komsije...ili stare bolesne bake, za koje niko nije ni pomisliti mogao, bili su svuda...a kad se otkriju gdje se nalaze, odradjivalo se na sve moguce nacine.Poslije granata, ljudi su najvise ginuli od snajpera, dok idu po vodu,ili hranu...tacno se znalo kako i kuda se ide...nikad treci :) Dosta se puta i riskiralo.I pored toga su ubijali, bez razlike, mlado, staro, djecu, a nikom nije pisalo na celu je li Srbin, Bosnjak ili Hrvat.
Aj molim te objasni mi na sta puca ovaj momak? Koliko vidim lik puca na susednu zgradu. Koliko znam, JNA(kasnije VRS) je bio stacioniran na okolnim brdima, ne u Sarajevu. Cak i kad su vrsili povremene upade, nisu se dugo zadrzavali. Bez uvrede, mozda nisam u pravu ali treba da znas da je propaganda sastavni deo rata. Tako se kupuju poeni kod medjunarodne zajednice.

@VALDIGNE UN sugested to Bosnian government and Izetbegovic to evacuate civilians from Sarajevo. Izetbegovic refused with the explanation that evacuation will help Serbs to take all Sarajevo. This is a fact. Izetbegovic therefore did sacrifice population of Sarajevo downtown for his political aims. There was not enough food in Sarajevo no hot water no heating but there was enough weapons and ammunition. Serbs newer had intention to take Sarajevo this is just Muslim propaganda.

@ProfGale After the serbs were stoppped in novo sarajevo they realized they couldn't take city because the VRS lacked of man power in other words ( altough they had all the weapons from the JNA arsenal stock + the support of serbia proper ) they simply didn't have enough soldiers to sustain such oprations.

Well, I'm a Serb and yes this guy ain't no pro sniper, most certainly no Vasili Zaytsev, but hes pretty brave to fire two shots all do they were follow up shots, and then change position, me I would fire one and run. Why? Well its a damn miracle that window wasn't blown to bits by a Praga (mobile 2x30mm AAA gun), cause i have a now 38 year old friend that fought in Sarajevo as a sniper for the Serb side and told me that any sniper activity in Sarajevo was immediately suppressed by Pragas.

I am from Sarajevo.And my father was solider too but Bosnian solider,who is a mouslim.My father was on the first FIRE line in war in Bosnia on Mountains around Sarajevo.This guy(SERBIAN) lies when he said that Bosnian solider will kill him,because Bosnian solider didn't have any weapons, they were actually civils.I don't know what he thinks when he shouted that people.He actually killed his friends(brothers) from school,from street.Just because they were a BOSNIAN not Serbs.SORRY 4 BAD ENGLISH!

@VALDIGNE UN sugested to Bosnian government and Izetbegovic to evacuate civilians from Sarajevo. Izetbegovic refused with the explanation that evacuation will help Serbs to take all Sarajevo. This is a fact. Izetbegovic therefore did sacrifice population of Sarajevo downtown for his political aims. There was not enough food in Sarajevo no hot water no heating but there was enough weapons and ammunition. Serbs newer had intention to take Sarajevo this is just Muslim propaganda.

@ProfGale I agree when you say that Izetbegovic sacrificed thousands of lifes for the a sake of a indepedent Bosnian country ( he sacrificed srebrenica and zepa too ) but iIf Ihe emptied the enclave Sarajevo would have been cut in two, the serbs tried to cut the city from Lukavica their colums left trying to link with the marshala tito barracks and up to pofalici , had the serbs succedeed in cutting the enclave in two things would have been much worse for sarajevans and the governatives.

Im sure that Serb occupied Sarajevo was better option for the citizens of Sarajevo. There would be much less dead and much less destruction. But there will be no legends about Juka, Caco, Chelo...who where fighting against Serb aggression and from time to time shoot Serb civilians from Sarajevo throwing them into Kazani pits. nad acctually what is the war..

@ProfGale After the serbs were stoppped in novo sarajevo they realized they couldn't take city because the VRS lacked of man power in other words ( altough they had all the weapons from the JNA arsenal stock + the support of serbia proper ) they simply didn't have enough soldiers to sustain such oprations.

@VALDIGNE I'm not sure that world would allow Serbs to take all Sarajevo. Therefore Serbs newer showed any intention to occupy whole city. It is a myth that Muslims did defend their city. Serbs aere on this side and Muslims and Croats on that side and thery were shooting at each other. Only real victims were civilians and kids. Izetbegovic and Karadzhic and their retarded "soldiers" took their lifes and childhood.

both brave and dumb men fought that war... every war sucks, and so did this one! U R right, he's no pro, but if he got to live long enough (2 month or so:() in that environment - he turned hastily trained PRO... There were only few pro soldiers in that war, & they are called mercenaries.. guys who were born there & knew the city, were the best soldiers at the time. if not that, they were the survivors! Well, I'm a Serb and yes this guy ain't no pro sniper, most certainly no Vasili Zaytsev, but hes pretty brave to fire two shots all do they were follow up shots, and then change position, me I would fire one and run. Why? Well its a damn miracle that window wasn't blown to bits by a Praga (mobile 2x30mm AAA gun), cause i have a now 38 year old friend that fought in Sarajevo as a sniper for the Serb side and told me that any sniper activity in Sarajevo was immediately suppressed by Pragas.
