These were the days, the days when Disney cartoons had a meaning and showed that meaning to you in a unique way that made you want to actually do something that would make a difference. I can only imagine the feeling of riding a solar sailer, what an escape that would be, but I guess longboarding downhill and maybe surfing will be the closest I get.

This is the song that got me to actually like music.

I heard it on the radio at my aunt's house and absolutely HAD to hear it again. I listened to the radio day in and day out just to hear this one single song again.

Through that, I got to hear tons of songs I really enjoyed and finally lost my resentment towards modern music.

While that resentment has returned slightly due to what's featured on the radio today, I can thank Mr. Rzeznik and the Goo Goo Dolls for bringing music into my life.
