Dr. Jordan Grafman speaks about traumatic brain injury

The researchers at the Kessler Foundation enable the clinicians at the Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation to communicate a hopelessly pessimistic review of neurorehabilitation after traumatic brain injury to their patients by putting forth the idea that you can predict a patient's long-term recovery. This has the effect of denying them access to their constitutionally protected civil right to pursue a meaningful future of their own creation.
