@mangoisback000cp Actually, yes. At first it seems that ALL teen sexters would be under 18, but then you realize that the 81% only refers to 13 - 17 year-olds. The remaining 19% would be the 18 and 19 year-olds since they're technically teens, too, even though they're legally adults.
