Collective naturalization has to do with those born overseas in US territories. Naturalization is covered in sections 1421-1459. All citizens at birth are covered in section 1401. You would be covered under this section. You're confusing the sections as usual.

You do know the subchapter covers two separate topics. Part 1 also covers two separate topics. Nationality at birth is covered by section 1401 which is something you yourself would be covered under. Collective naturalization refers to those born in US Territories. Again you should refrain from opining on subjects you know nothing about.
