Nah most stories comedians tell in their stand-up are false and are just a joke. Look at it this way - if that did happen to him, would he really share it with everyone?

Well maybe he's comfortable with talking about it now. Or maybe he just wanted to set a tragic atmosphere before "I couldn't remember his name!". I think that usually stories that comedians tell are based on real experiences, but slightly altered or exaggerated for comic effect. But that's just my opinion. I don't like to think that comedians just make these things up to get a laugh, especially when I actually feel sorry for them.

Neither did I. I think only the few people that saw his old show that he did years ago had a feeling that he might do it again. Fair enough though, it is his first live DVD after all. There were loads about the riddler costume, stuff like "I can see your cock" etc. I think sometimes hecklers can be really funny and spot on, but not this time. Oh yeah, Bill Bailey and Kevin Eldon were in the Audience too!

There's one woman who shouts "I can see your willy!" on this, but he must have been expecting that when he decided to wear that costume. Heckling can sometimes be the best part of the show when it's good, or the comedian manages to make something of it, but I hate it when they just act like arseholes for no good reason. Ruins the whole show for me sometimes. How come they turned up anyway, friends of his?
