  • Just like mine! Do they still use cheap, thin staples for interior framing or replace with modern adhesives and/or or screws? My drawers fell out because they stapled the slides instead of using screw holes provided by the slide mfgr. Then some of the interior framing popped loose. Then a long list of probs I ended up fixing myself after the warranty ran out.

They're visually appealing, well laid out - but now that I know what to look for, its a thin veneer for appalling workmanship & quality.

  • Oh, I should mention AF is not alone on this. A large portion of RV mfgrs have jaw-dropping - verging on negligent - manufacturing quality probs. Nice shiny exteriors and soft fabric interiors overlay sloppy work.

The wood frames ALL eventually rot. The alum frames have probs too including galvanic corrosion, condensation, poorly attached mating parts.

Inspect CAREFULLY before buying and KNOW WHAT TO INSPECT FOR. Join an RV forum and ask LOTS of questions of people who have owned the rig.

  • Nice for a truck camper! I always shunned them, but this one changed my perspective.

  • how much

  • you know what i have to ask that everytime--and i dont know why they wont just tell us in the vids lol
