Yes for both. I already have them. Just finished my second playthrough, aka True Speed Knight. It was fun.

I'm not even impressed with my time. I wasn't even trying to go fast, I just wanted to finish all the SMs so that I can get true knight. I got Brionic and finished the Kow Kids at the same time as well. I'm pretty sure that it can be done 8 hours or less. Not hard at all.
