I saw this movie once when i was a little girl and had a vague recollection of it, and when i found it today i about jumped for joy! thank you so much for uploading this. It truly is a treasure and a work of art.
Huh? I don't remember it ending like that. I thought the red queen was like "Off with her head!" Cause she was jealous of Alice then Alice overthrew her...
Thanks for uploading, i watched the movie. it was nice :) and i liked that it was close to the book! :) by the way, may i ask if the last poem is kinda about the real alice? i am thinking about it since i finished the book. but i am not quiet sure about it.
0:54 I think Jesse J ("Nobody's Perfect") and Kerli ("Welcome to the Tea Party") have stolen this scene for their music videos! Looks quite similar! :-)
This was a fantastic movie! The fact that it was low-budget probably made it better. They didn't waste money on expensive effects and instead told the story how it was written, which is something very few movies of books do. Loved it <3
@d3vilcat2004 Wonderland and The Looking Glass World are extended metaphors representing the transition from childhood to adolescence. They are not necessarily depicting her "consciousness".
Is this the real movie that has just recently been released or is it a different version? Because I noticed that there is no mad hatter when there is in the trailers for the new movie.
@mee262mee oh no this is an old version I can't remember when it came out early 2 thousands or late 90's. But yea the new one came out this year. and it isn't alice through the looking glass it's just Alice in Wonderland. It was directed by Tim burton and opened to extremely positive reviews.
What a beautiful end! Low-budget movie. blah! blah! blah! Very good movie. No wonder that alice in wonderland and alice the other side of the mirror is my favorite stories
note: I prefer this film than the film of Tim Buton
i was really glad to find this - i used to have it on vhs, but haven't seen it for years. it's my favorite alice film. i prefered the looking glass book to wonderland, so it was good to see someone make a version of that. it's one of very few versions that do the books justice. and it's very faithfull to the original, yet seeming fresh and modern.
I've never seen this before, thank you very much for posting it. It was a very good watch. Also in a previous part of the film, you said you only get to see the Mad Hatter (or Hatta) once when in this hes the one delivering the Leg of Mutton 1:27.
It's very very low budget, but truthful to the book, many of the dialogues come from the book; also, this adaption is a nice melencholic, philosophic and modern interpretation of the tale.

Actually, the ending you thought of was the one from Alice in Wonderland, but Alice through the looking glass is another story. ^^

Having Alice visiting both wonderland and the Looking glass land, dose it serves as the idea that Alice have visited both sides of her brain?
It's just a thought that been to bothering me for a while :/

As much as this movie interests me but I wonder how would somebody like The Nostalgia Critic or the Nostalgia Chick would react to the entire film?

Now that would be brilliant...

Believe me, I like this movie. But I think it would be funny if either of them reacted to this movie.
I mean, wouldn't you say that it's a mindfuck?
