They don't mention the street sequence. So I guess it's left uncut... the only thing that is "cut" is the blood spatter which the director choosed to manually delete.
He said that after 5 minutes that blood was really getting annoying

how the fuck did they do the scene where the camera moves out of he car when in about 3 mis or so it is attached in a mechanical rig for them to control it.

Th3britishguy, the long scenes are actually an illusion. It's several shots cut into one... the smooth transitions make it feel real.
Around 1:20 you'll experience the first transition of the three that's in this scene.

The effect of it is quite cool though, it certainly kept me enticed throughout the entire scene since there was really no visible cuts to let me take a break lol.
