  • Very enjoyable to watch

I notice nick has this back and forth weighting action front front leg to back leg.

He has this shifting of weight action back and forth

I wonder if it help to keep him loose and adgile or a type of body resting and calibrating

What I think is important is to be aware of where your opponets wieght is planted which will give you insight on how he may move

this must be done with your peripheral vison as the sword tip is moving very fast

  • @eddiedaskull Thanks. That movement has often been merely an element of my personal style, as opposed to something learnt like most of my style. What I find is that yes it keeps me supple and able to move without hesitation when need be, which especially in a high stress competitive fight can be an issue, I also use many methods to really disorient my opponent in terms of measure, this being one. Indeed, planting is very improtant, and peripheral vision vital.

  • @Nikos3000

I am glad to realise we are on the same page about many things

Truth be told I have met other very confident skilled swordsmen like you and that also do this same movement which disorients their opponet.Your not the only one.I met two in Seattle Washington and one in New Zealand and if I have seen two other skilled swordsman use your move then it is my belief that 300 years ago other skilled swordsman were doing this same move.

There is something called the AKashic Records

  • Very Nice.

  • Why do people have to always critise quality's of videos or DVD, just watch the content, if you don't like it or you aren't impressed move on, don't insult or snipe it's totally unrewarding and un professional.

Apart from that I think it's great

  • I agree apraiwild... SOme people have too much time on their hands.

I wouldn't care if these vids were filmed with a mobilephone, I have been entertained and amazed by all of their vids.

    Thanks!

  • Great fighting and great editing. I wish I had the skill and patience to edit my fighting videos half as well.

  • Thanks a lot, if you want pointers on creating videos like this then contact me, I have a simple system that I repeat on lots of my vids which is pretty quick.

  • Ok. Thanks a lot for the answer ;)

    I will wait then. ^^

  • You have maked a good work with the edition of this video. But I have say that the Quality of the vid is very bad. Maybe you can do something for a better vision.

    Regards!

  • thanks, but the poor quality is because it was only just uploaded, takes about an hour for youtube to process it to full quality, which the normal vid will then look the same as the last, as well as an HD option, so check back later on.
