ummmm, perhaps you have forgotten that the clergy has had thier hands in secular activity dating back to the creation of the church. Thanks to whomever posted this though!!!!!! It brings back so many GOOD childhood memories
ummmm, perhaps you have forgotten that the clergy has had thier hands in secular activity dating back to the creation of the church. Thanks to whomever posted this though!!!!!!
Fat Sam so so excited that he pied that dude he was jumping up and down and clapping then the other dude throws back the pie straight In fat SAMs face laughed so hard I nearly peed my self LOL!!!!!!!
Every year in my town there's a different prodcution, and this years is Bugsy Malone! I think I've got a part! I've been told by other people who've been in it every year, that there's this one guy who always asks your name afterwards if you're going to be in it! Im gonna be finding out tomorrow!!! :D
@zombiezdunlikeme indeed i did! ^^ just last friday was the last performance! ^^ it was BRILLIANT! i was just a down-and-out and a boxer (and i was in the last scene (duh, i had to be :P)), but i had a great time! ^^
Loved it when Babyface said "GERANIMOOOOOOO! DUMMIEES!!" Best scene ever! Why is everyone Saying Michael Jackson is in this film! He was at least 18 when this came out!
this is a movie that needs to put back in mainstream video markets that kids born in the 90's and in the 10 years should watch this is what movies are for not our kids watching violance on t.v. or video games
@jump2thesky1 Alan Parker said in the documentary about the film that being hit with a pie or shot with whipped cream doesn't kill you; it takes you out of the game.
Where's part 8 I cnt watch part 9 wivout part 8 I started watching this film in school bout 2 years ago and didn't get 2 c the end bit I reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaallllllly wanna c it
C'mon ...There is more than one Michael Jackson in the history of film, If you look up Bugsy Malone on IMDB and click on that Michael Jackson you'll notice he has only one film credit to his name. It is safe to say that Michael Jackson the pop singer had a few more film ceds . Plus Michael Jackson was 18 in 1976 when this film came out. and have you ever seen footage of the Jackson 5 ? This guy looks nothing like him as a kid. C'mon.
Even though I don't like some kids films, this is a great film and I thought that the songs were great, the actors were great, the choreography is great, in fact everything is great. Thanks for uploading dalekenbuck
At 6:50 when the line "youre gonna be remembered for the things that you say and do" is being sung, theres a mustachioed guy at the end who SEEMS to be a fully grown adult. Is it?
@classicphile I'm pretty sure its 'louie', one of fat sam's cronies that got killed off earlier. for some reason in this scene he has on a moustache that he didn't have on earlier though
I remember when this movie came out in 1976. It was released here in the states in theaters but it pretty much flopped. By the 1970's movie musicals were not popular anymore. Glad to see it here on youtube. Thanks for posting.
Classicmtv I know what you mean. I couldn't believe how many people had not seen this movie. I stopped asking I almost thought I dreamed the whole thing up.
@ClassicMTV4ever Its set in 1920s New York, and has nothing to do with people finishing college. Plus people are obsessed with Grease aswell, couldn't tell you I'm afraid my guess would be christmas repeats or the fact its a classic my parents showed it me when I was 7-8 back in the early 90s I know a french girl who loved it before she could speak english, its just a classic dunno why people in the US don't know it, maybe they do in different states
Everytime I watch this I'm 6 years old again watching it on HBO in 1976 .... I know it was filmed at Pinewood Studios in the UK ...but I still don't understand why this film is HUGE in great Britain and when I metion It here I get the what the F@#$%are you talking about stare...anyone?
I agree with you...... I got to see this in the late 80s and this movie was the first time I saw kids like this....I wanted a CAR just like they had !!!!!!!!!
@ClassicMTV4ever Well, tbh sunshine you've just highlighted the exact reason and then ignored it. It was big in Britain because everyone was aware of it being made in Britain and the fact that most of the production team were British.
@ClassicMTV4ever Agree with you on everything but watching it on HBO in 76. Cable TV wasn't around till the early 80's. I don't know why you get the WTF stare when you mention or cite this movie. Everyone my age remembers it very well. Just posted it on facebook this morning telling all my friends to share it with their kids.
@bluehiway04 Of course you"ll get people who will recognize the movie when you post it on facebook ...Now go outside and bring the movie up in conversation to random people and you will get the wtf stare!
