I take it you don't understand what "Net Neutrality" is. Net Neutrality is sets of regulations that limit IPs ability to charge differently or restrict bandwidth to different sites. So if you want to keep IPs from being able to control the information that is on the Net then you should be pro Net Neutrality regulations otherwise you will continue to see IPs slowly change the way they do business in a way that only the wealth will have a voice there too.

He said that private business should be able to decide who they allow to enter their business based on race. Yea he might not actually do that but that's a libertarian thing.
